I've been trying to withdraw my money and they told me I had to complete a turnover or I could agree to give my 10% for a commission fee. I agreed to the 10% commission fee and suddenly they blocked my withdrawals and let me know I had to be in a security check and wait for a month. Apparently this is happening to many users and I contacted already their support team via email ([protected]@binomo.com and [protected]@binomo.com) and they havent replied yet. In the chat they tell me I have to wait or I will have to appeal to the Finance Commission. This is a complete nightmare and I really don't know how to take out my money. I am very scared and all they tell me is that they won the "Most Trusted Trading Platform LATAM 2023" in the World Business Outlook Awards. PLEASE HELP My user is[protected]. I am scared since people in customer service tell me to file a complaint in Finance Commission after the 20 business days for them to see how it goes and in another month get it resolved.
