Wrong addressed complaint. This complaint should be directed to India Post / www.indiapost.gov.in not to Bintan Agro Beach Resort. Because this is about shipping from India to Bintan Agro Beach Resort in Indonesia, and I am who stay in the Bintan Agro Beach Resort who send this complaint. Shipping from India can not be tracked. Maybe the seller cheating or India Post officer does not in put the tracking number correctly
