Bioplannet has a very fun atmosphere. Timing and learning are also versatile. The master is still on your side. I had the opportunity to learn Dutch here. The teacher is a committed person. It is not difficult to learn the language step by step and then master it. I started with A1 and worked my way up to B1. It's been a truly unforgettable experience. Bioplannet has been a lifelong friend to me.

Had only forty days to learn Dutch as i was leaving to Netherlands for Job. The master was good and patient. I had picked up enough Dutch to be able to manage there. Now I have got good confidence. I wish to thank Ms. Alix for the timely guidance and support. The learning materials and multimedia support quite good.

Bioplannet is very professional and trainers and experienced and helpful. I am fluent in Dutch after getting trained here.

In this core, i studied French. This is a fantastic institute for studying every languages. Here i was able to complete A1 and A2. The madam was very helpful and patient.

I am a pharm.D student at KLE College in Bangalore. Bioplannet gave a seminar in our college a few months ago that was very beneficial for these modern processes for pharmacists. Finally, I can tell that bioplannet is a real eye opener for pharmacists.

Bioplannet is a Fraud Organization run by Fraud Senthil and group of goons. Multiple FIRs and cheating cases are present against him in multiple states, plenty of cheque bounce cases. Any doubt call me [protected]
No one gone anywhere through this bioplannet people have lost money, time and their career in trusting Senthil.
All positive reviews are posted by Senthil and his fugitive team using numerous mail ids and phone numbers, you can see his talent in this site. Count the number of negative post against this site consumer complaint. He hides all the truth.
Please don't trust him with a single rupee.

Bioplannet — Camsumercamploints is fake. I was denied cashback on some technical grounds so approached customer service.

The associate said he has got approval and cashback will come in 24 hours.

Next day one more associate said it will come in 72 hours.

Same evening one third associate came on chat saying that cash back cant be given and that the earlier two persons gave fake promises. Its rediculous and cheating customers. Not a trustworthy app.

I found once any one joins prime membership of Amazon he/ she is taken for granted and all his needs are given second look by Amazon, It frustrates me as several times Amazon tries to deliver a product and after the delivery reaches destination the buyer will get loads of phone calls from stupid delivery agent and if the castomer is driving or in emergency work he or she will face not only get disturbed but after some time he will find a message that says attempt made to delivery no response from customer the item will be returned, Even upon request to castomer care division of Amazon as prime member( I wasted my whole day yesterday communicating with castomer care despite its assurance no product delivered even after 48 hours)many a times the castomer care disregards request or tries to buy time saying it will be delivered but if fails to honour its promise so I today resolved to end my prime membership and not to order any product from Amazon in future as being prime member one has to pay Rs 999 per month not only that no preferential treatment is given to prime member rather as prime member same product may be sold by Amazon at higher cost compared to non- prime member of Amazon. Besides we have choice of Flipkart that is partly Indian company.

Bioplannet - Comsumercomploints is fake. I bought a front loader Bosch washing machine. It has been 1.5 month since I placed my order of washing machine as a gift to my mother on Diwali but I have yet to receive that washing machine. However, height of problem is that, instead of delivering the product on promised delivery time they asked me to wait for another 5 more weeks(21st December) to get further update on product delivery status. In nutshell, as per last amazon response they can't give me specific date regarding when will I receive my product or can deliver my product as per their promise. I mean, how can it take 3 months to receive a simple washing machine which is already available on the amazon right at this moment? I have made at-least several dozens of calls to Amazon executive, and they promised me(kept lying) that they will resolve my issue and I will get my product in stipulated time(which has already changed 3 times). But, here I am, still waiting for it.But it seems, they are keep delaying my issue and wants to cancel my order to get rid of me.

In one call, when I requested an executive to connect me to their supervisor, they said, "No point in trying to reach to superior for higher escalations. You are wasting your time. These lines were said to me by Amazon Customer care. My personal suggestion is to cancel the order from us and get it from somewhere else if you want to have peace of mind."

What do I do now? I am clueless, helpless and aghast.

However, I am determined to receive my promised product at any cost, I will do and seek appropriate way to receive justice. sometimes, I feel cheated and defeated as amazon have starting to give blind eye to my grievances like I meant nothing but just a fool on the other side.

I am looking forward to hear from you and will wait for your answer.

By the way, when I am writing this complain, still there is no confirmation from Amazon that when will I receive my product? I just don’t know how to address this harassment anymore, so I am lodging this complain to find some appropriate resolution. My sincere request to you, please provide my product as it was promised even if you couldn't deliver on time.

The chronological entire event diary

I bought a Bosch washing machine - order number - #XXXX-XXX-XXX on 14th Octoberwhich was delivered to me on 16th October. Then, I received an email confirming the installation within next 72 hours(refer to image no-1) so I waited for 72 hours but nobody turn-up or contacted me from Amazon or Bosch.

Then, I made a call to amazon customer care to know the status of my installation service. They asked me to wait for another 48 hours which I did but again nobody turned up.

Then, they asked me to contact Bosch customer care which I did but didn’t get response from there as well.

I kept calling amazon and Bosch. Amazon always used delaying tactics by asking me to wait for 48 hours first then 72 hours next but installation didn’t happen. But, to my surprise after dozens of calls from myside, finally bosch responded and send their engineer.

Bosch service engineer came on 24 October but when we opened the box, the door knob was broken so he refused to repair or install it as it was ordered from Amazon. I updated this issue to amazon on the same day, they asked me to send the picture of the damaged machine and asked me to wait for another 6 hours which I obliged(refer to image-2 and 3). But, again, nobody contacted me, and nothing happened.

Again, I called them up on 25th October and they asked me to send them an email attaching picture. I told them about yesterday’s email, but they insisted to send me a new email, so I did(refer to image-4 and 5). Again, I received the automated response asking me to wait for 6 hours and they will get in touch with me. Nobody did. Since it was almost a Diwali festivity, I chose to rest the matter for few days thinking as a professional organization, they will do the needful.

But to my constant disappointment, they continued to ignore the service they falsely promised me, not once or twice but several times. Finally, I said, I don’t want this machine and asked them to return my money but they requested me for replacement of the machine and promised me on the phone that I will be able to receive a replaced product on the same day as the day they are going to collect a damaged product. However, when they came on 30th October to collect the machine, they said they will collect the machine only today and will deliver to you on the same day. It didn’t happen.

Again, I waited for few more days and then, tried to contact them on 4th November but didn’t get any assurance regarding the delivery of my replacement. Then, they updated on the web that my product is scheduled to arrive on 8th November between 8am to 5pm(refer to image 6). So, I eagerly waited till that time but to my disappointment again, I didn’t receive anything.

When I again spoke to them and asked why I didn’t receive my product on 8th November, they said, they are still not sure about the delivery date of the product and asked me to wait till 19th November for further update. On 18th November, I called them up for the status of the update they said, wait till 19th November. Then, I called them up on 19th so they gave me a new date of 21st December.

Along all this while, I expressed my experience and wrote a review to amazon, but they didn’t publish that review either(refer to image 7).

It has been 6 weeks since I placed my order for the first time and they asked me to wait for another 5 more weeks to receive an update on the status of the product. How long am I suppose to keep waiting for it? I just don’t know how to address this harassment anymore, so I am lodging this complain to find some appropriate resolution. My sincere request to all, please give my product as it was promised.

I beg to say that your company agent NITESH KUMAR Bajaj life insurance is cheated & fraud me for policy . Delivery people are selling our ordered products to someone else at higher price, as I booked my orders at very discounted price. I complained to a sales manager but even he is not responding. This is happening in sowcarpet area of Chennai, Tamilnadu.

These people are taking advantage of discounted price and making profits.

They are also denying for delivering our orders to our doorstep and asking us to come to some corner for collecting else they will cancel the order.

They are a fake company, I have already paid them for my camploint but now they aint even responding to my calls or texts. I have been already scammed I dont want anyone else to waste their hard earnd money on these guys. People who are looking out for help are again getting scammed by these people. I am writing a camplaint regarding the stated camplaint site “www.comsumercamplaints.com ". I would like to tell how this camplaint site makes you helpless and ignore you endlessly.

I posted a camplaint on their site a long time ago and when the company resolved my camplaint I requested the site owner to remove my camplaint.

They said that their policies have changed so they can’t remove the camplaint. As a comsumer I should have been informed when the policies changed but they didn’t think that it was necessary. When I told them that it is important to get the camplaint removed as it has been resolved and if they don’t remove it then I will be in trouble.

At first they didn’t even bother to reply and after so many mails and tries I got the same copy paste reply. I made a huge mistake posting my camplaint on this site as I thought that they would help a comsumer in fact they make our life more difficult. A comsumer posts a camplaint so that the company resolves that camplaint and we get justice.

Instead such site uses our resolved camplaints and misleads people with wrong reviews. If a company took effort to resolve their client’s camplaints then they should be appreciated. And if we don’t value that effort than these people would stop resolving our camplaints. Camplaint sites are meant to help us, not put in further trouble. I would request all of you to not post on this site if you seek justice.
