Accidentally placed an order for $35, and I immediately tried to cancel the order, but to no avail, I contacted the company to cancel the order before even receiving any confirmation email, but to no avail, then the next day I received a billing of $235.71 on my credit card. I have been contacting them but they are not responding effectively
