Accidentally placed an order for $35, and I immediately tried to cancel the order, but to no avail, I contacted the company to cancel the order before even receiving any confirmation email, but to no avail, then the next day I received a billing of $235.71 on my credit card. I have been contacting them but they are not responding effectively...

The amount on the website and the amount they deduct from your account is not the same this company is fraudulent...

Hi so disappointed in your service as I'm waiting since 19 December 2021 for 2months now for my product TestoUltra 6 bottles that they over charge for and deduct over the mount out of my account and still no delivery bad bad bad and this is the mail i get every time

I have been purchase six bottle of testo ultra for indian rupee 15500 on 16 october 2021, but till date has not been delivered to my address nor no feedback message to my e mail id. 100% fraud company bio trim so need full action will be taken for such matter, i also chatting with mrs cobe a representative of bio trim labs but not taken any action for this matter. Pl. Help me how i refund my money or medicine....

I had book a tesroultra on sept 25.2018. Booking price was rs1450/-but deduct rs10005/-from account. On that day we mail to cancel my order to [protected]@biotrimlabs.com&[protected]@biotrimlabs.com. After recive msg that within 48 hours we revert you. Then mail me shipment details (#130008e06f).
So i requested u please refund my amount.
