Hi so disappointed in your service as I'm waiting since 19 December 2021 for 2months now for my product TestoUltra 6 bottles that they over charge for and deduct over the mount out of my account and still no delivery bad bad bad and this is the mail i get every time

Where is my product?
All orders are processed the next business/working day. But since we ship internationally, please allow 10-14 business/working days to receive your product. Due to the holiday season, we are experiencing higher order volume which may further delay your delivery another 5-7 business/working days. If it has not been at least 4 weeks since your order was placed, please do not contact customer support as there will be nothing we can do for you at that time.
