Placed an order for 1 pack of Testo ultra but due to Internet problem the order was placed for 6 packs this was immidiately brought to the notices of the cos support vide my Mails dated 6/x, 9/x, 19/x, 31/x & 8/11 but to my surprise & astonishment the cos Staff maintained silence & did not offer me any reply as to when I can get my amt of Rs 10005/-kindly help me get my hard earned Money.Many thanks- TRAZMI - Mob [protected].

Despite my 5 Mails as above, tried their India based Tel no which is wrongly mentioned by the co.Also tried to reach the co thro their chat, here also Icold not convey my problem & request for Refund of my amt of Rs 10005/-
I was made to pay a huge amount of INR10005 on 17th December 2017 in a mysterious manner ie without generating OTP.
They again took an amount of INR695 on16.02.2018 without my consent in a fraudulent manner.
My numerous reminders over mail and messages over messenger tweeter has been responded by a fixed computerised mail that one of their representatives will be in touch shortly
