Even today I didn't receive the package I think I got scammed.

I bought a product from Biotrim labs on the 18the May 2022 and up to now they haven't been delivered. Whenever I send them an e mail they have been responding and they say that it could take 10-14 business/working days to receive my product and up to now they haven't managed to give me honor.

I accidentally placed an order for $35, and I immediately tried to cancel the order, but to no avail, I contacted the company to cancel the order before even receiving any confirmation email, but to no avail, then I received an email about a membership subscription which I didn't agree to and the next day I received a billing of $235.71 on my credit card. I have been contacting them but they are not responding effectively.

I accidentally placed an order for $35, and I immediately tried to cancel the order, but to no avail, I contacted the company to cancel the order before even receiving any confirmation email, but to no avail, then the next day I received a billing of $235.71 on my credit card. I have been contacting them but they are not responding effectively

Placed order on the 17th May. Money was taken from my Credit Card R3511.00. The amount is inflated as that is not the amount on the Website. Up to date and after many emails - with an immediate response that it is an automated response. DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL!!! I still have not received my products.
The TRACKING NUMBER is not a valid number.

I ordered 3 bottlrs at R550 on 15 May and got confirmation of my order. To my surprise the amount of R3511 was deducted from my creditcard on the same day. Until todate i have not received any order and are out of pocket of R3511 which was not the agreed amount charged. The shipping was free. The company does not respond to my emails on the link they supplied at sll

I'm very disappointed an frustrated, firstly I paid more than expected (free limited offer) & queried with no reply. Secondly not refunded after requested multiple times on multiple platforms. I have to date not recieved my order or refund.

I haven't placed this order. But money was deducted from my credit card. Cancel the order and refund my money.

I placed an order on your face book advertisement on the 14 September 2021.

The cash was withdrawn immediately. when I asked to cancel the order, I was told it had already been processed that day!

Well, 6 months later, many emails to the support labs, no correspondence .
No refund, reply or tablets.

Disgrace.

But added others 2 I having send many mails are they cancel athers two and get back money but they not response.
And they said one bottle of TestoUltra is 29£ but they cheated me they get 212 £ from my credit card.

Now I saw menu negative feedback of this company I need cancel my order and I need get back my money .

I placed an order with biotrim labs for one bottle of testosterone enhancer on 8th dec 2019, based on their advertisement of s$29.95 per bottle. It was clearly stated that shipment is free if we order on the same day.
After a month, 6 bottles of the said product was sent to me. One day later, my bank sent me a bill from this company for s$208.75.
I intermediately wrote to my bank to dispute this charge (Which is still outstanding)
Several mails to this irresponsible company drew no answers until i threatened to report to the police of their malpractice.
They replied and said i ordered 6 bottles and therefore was charged s$208.73. They insisted that i ordered 6 bottles, when i am sure i ordered one bottle for s$29.95 (As advertised). They claimed they sent me an invoice of which i did not receive. If i had received this invoice, i will immediately dispute the amount and the units ordered, thus preventing the scam.
I want a refund of s$178.78 ($208.73-$29.95)

Khorshed fredoon daruvala, i have place order of pharmaflex rx (No.71004ce5a8) dated[protected], as my family physician has told me not to take this product, as i am diabetic & having thyroid problem. I have already sent e-mail dt[protected] for cancellation of my order and asked for refund amounting to rs.10, 896/- & rs.695/- for which i had paid by credit card. Kindly reverse the entry & see that my amount is credited immediately, as we have cancelled the order in 1 days time as per doctors instructions. Kindly do the needful from your end. & inform us.

Have ordered for testoultra on 18.02.2019 and i had already paid rs.6703.00. But till now product has not been delivered. Neither i have received any confirmation from your side. Very sad. The company biotrim labs appears to be a fraud company. They should be immediately booked under online shopping fraud. I harish radhakrishnan from kolkata, west bengal, india ordered for testo ultra medicine for rs 1450/only on 10th nov 2018 but after completion of order i received message of debeting rs 10005/. This is a clear case o[censored]nethical behaviour on your part. I want refund of excess amount debited from my account extra amount rs 8555/ at the earliest as it is difficult for me to bear the loss. I should have been debited only rs 1450/ instead of rs 10005/-. Please arrange for immediate refund.

The Biotrim Lab and the Product Testoultra is a Fraud and Cybercrime purely. I would request everyone not to believe on such a fraudulent company, There is no such product and it will be never shipped to you. By placing an order you will only get cheated for thousands of Ruppes and you will get only frustration agony and pain
I contacted even opted for premier membership but these all is pure cheating spending money, time, and getting frustration

like producti is dipatched from our side but it is stuck in local post office. This is all misleading information even India Mumbai number providded by them does not exist at all so dont fall a pray to such a product

Hi, i am gautam halder from ahmedabad, i want to cancel my order which i placed on 05 november 2018. I have ordered for 1 bottle whose amount was written 1450 per bottle but nowhere it was mentioned that it contains packs of bottle & price would be rs. 10005.00. I thought i have to pay only 1450/- but amount of rs. 10005.00 was debited from my account. I have tried to contact their mumbai office[protected] many times in a day but not getting any response. Even through email i have complained on 5th november but their excuse was that they have already processed the order & cannot cancel the order. After that i emailed many times but did not getting any response. I want my money back as it looks like a fraud/cheat company.

I have not received the order even after 100 days. I contacted the lab first after 35 days then after 60 days. They said that the package has left usa and they cannot provide the further information. Now they are saying that the package may be in the post office. I contacted the post office but to no avail. By chance i visited the website consumercomplaints.in and i found that so many other people have been duped of their valuable money by biotrim lab. This is international fraud.

I want to cancel my order which i placed on 12 july 2018. i dont have much money to pay so please i want you to refund my money asap and cancel my order immediately.
it was written 1450 per bottle but not wriiten dat it would be in pack of bottles. i thought i have to pay only 1450/- but it has charged 10000/- INR. so it was all about confuse a customer.

But you people are least bothered about that. I think now i need to post all this line of communication in the social media, enough is enough. I am attaching the screenshot of my order confirmation also which i was unable to attach it in my earlier mails.

Hi i ordered and paid for my six bottles of testo ultra but till today this order has not yet arrived, the comments we saw from people who bought before said it was quick and efficient when they ordered, i must tell you mine place 22 march now in 16 may not yet received. [protected]@gmail was the e-mail used kindly fast track my delivery if this is not a scam.
