Biotrim Labs — cancellation of my order

I have just paid an amount of inr.10, 0005 for 6 bottles of testo ultra pills using my visa credit card. The money was debited without otp verification from my account.
But i haven't received any confirmation email to my registered email id.
Nor even i received any confirmation sms in my registered mobile number yet.
What's going on???
