I placed an order for testro ultra 1 bottle which was costing rs 1450/- but it debitted rs. 10005/- instead. Immediately i drafted the mail to billing at biotrim labs that i need only one bottle but debitted 10005 rupees. I got reply that this price is for 5 boxes. Immediately i replied to make only 1 bottle but did not received any reply to our mails. Finally after a reminder they sent reply that product is already shipped hence they could not cancel the order. Still i sent a mail that my first email was itself for 1 bottle requirement and balance amount is required to be credited immediately. Similarly 8 emailed that i want to cancel the order because of there recklessness towards mail. Now i want back my amount of rs100005/- Was this information helpful? |
