On receipt of text message confirming the transaction for the product, i was shocked to find that an amount of inr 10, 005.00 had been debited from my bank account. As the money had already been debited, i lodged a complaint with citi bank credit card customer care today on this faulty transaction. It is therefore requested that the excess amount charged from me for the product be immediately refunded to me i confirm that i have placed order for only one bottle of testroultra
