On 11th of August, 2017, I have made a Payment of INR.6, 095.00 using My VISA Debit card and Booked 2 Bottles of TESTO ULTRA Pills through Your Website www.testoultra.com

On Your Last Payment Page when My Payment was Confirmed from Your End, a Statement was reflecting on Your Payment Page that My Payment has gone through and An Acknowledgement Email has been sent to My Registered Email address from Your Side.

But, I haven't Received any Confirmation Email or any Confirmation SMS from Your End in My Registered Email or in My Registered Mobile Number.

Now, Today I have Received an Email from Your End just now stating that My Order has been Cancelled by You Guys.

Now, What Kind of Nonsense is going on there ??? I am Completely Pissed off Now. Your Customer Support is Pathetic and there is even No Such Customer Care Number for INDIAN Customers, where I can talk to You Guys.

If You have Cancelled My Order, then I Want My Full Money Back in My Account At the Earliest Possible.
I Want a Complete Refund of Rs.6, 095 from Your End ASAP.

If You Do Not Process My Refund Now, I Will Take Necessary Legal Steps against You (BioTrim Labs) & Take You to The Court of Justice for sure. I Will Lodge a Police Complaint & Also File a Case against You at The Court of Justice & Consumers Forum as well.

So, Better You Process the Refund of Complete Rs.6, 095.00 to My VISA Debit Card Account At the Earliest Possible.
