Dear concerned

As per the trail mail from your side some of your representatives was suppose to contact me within the next 48 business hours but unfortunately those business hours has passed by and i am yet to be contacted for my due order that has been placed on 23 may 2018, why you people are making fool of your customers i really don't understand. I am simply requesting you to cancel my order and refund my money back it is as simple as it is, as i am out my patience to wait any longer and digest your false commitment. But you people are least bothered about that. I think now i need to post all this line of communication in the social media, enough is enough. I am attaching the screenshot of my order confirmation also which i was unable to attach it in my earlier mails.

My name is amitra kundu from kokkata, india has booked my order on 23rd may 2018 at around 15:25 hrs (Ist), but as on date i am yet to receive my order for which the payment has been done from my axis bank credit card no -[protected] worth indian rupees 10005/-, request you to please update me the whereabouts of my order and how much more time it will take to reach me since it has been more than 24 days since i have placed my order, unfortunately i don't have the order number with me. But still i am attaching the mail alert from the bank that shows the payment has been done for your site.

Please request you to please look in to the matter & give a quick resolution.
Otherwise please refund my money & cancel the order.
