I had ordered hair oil of Order No. 43128907. After a significant delay in delivery of order, the post office delivering my order has called me to tell that I have to may customs duty of Rs. 1994 on my product for it to be delivered to me. I had paid total Rs. 2174 (product cost of Rs. 1814 + shipping cost of Rs. 360 i.e Total Rs. 2174) during the time of order. I don't understand why I have pay such huge additional customs duty of Rs. 1994.br...

I ordered Foligain Minoxidil on 27-March 2020 from BIOVEA, USA through USPS and it has been nearly more than 3 month now. still it shows my product is in next transit.

When I inquiry with USPS they say It returns to the sender.

Please give my money back.
