              I had ordered hair oil of Order No. 43128907. After a significant delay in delivery of order, the post office delivering my order has called me to tell that I have to may customs duty of Rs. 1994 on my product for it to be delivered to me. I had paid total Rs. 2174 (product cost of Rs. 1814 + shipping cost of Rs. 360 i.e Total Rs. 2174) during the time of order. I don't understand why I have pay such huge additional customs duty of Rs. 1994.

              Please look into this as soon as possible else I will have to resort to taking this to consumer court.

                      Delay in order/no response from any executive

                      I have paid full amount of around 3250 but i am unable to see any details and information about my order and no one is responding to my mails. so, i want to cancel my order and i want repayment as soon as possible. This is too bad service, you must show concern towards customer satisfaction. please make my repayment as soon as possible....

                                I am complaining about product shipping

                                I have ordered folligain products from biove on 7 th march but today is 10 th march 4th day going on.. Still my order is not shipped but its is said that it will be 6-8 days by standard delivey.. I need it by this weekend.. Plzzz ship it immediately...
