Birla Group Finance — business loan

Sir i anjali tripathi proprietor of maa jagdamba oil mills mail id [protected]@gmail.com have applied for a business loan on i have received a message that loan will be provided in 2-3 days so i selected a business loan for 10 lakhs one person called me name kalpana sharma she asked me to deposit file processing fee of 10500 rupees only 1℅ amount to be enough birla finance company then u will get 50℅amount to ur bank account with in a half an hour so i have deposited amount 10500 rs by neft whose utr no ioban[protected] in the name account of manjeet singh to kotak mahindra bank to this account number [protected] ifsc code kkvk0000205 branch delhi so i have transferred after next day again she called me & said u file was tie up with foreing person... U sent the file processing amount late so u got a problem then again u have to deposit gst 27, 500 more amount to same account number with in a 30 minutes half&hour to finance company. I have doubted on her and then i have asked her for offer letter of sanctioned loan of birla group of finance. On 31 may 2019 kalpana sharma mailed me the offer letter. Plz look into it and if it is wrong then plz take action against kalpana sharma whose phone number is [protected] and refund me my procession fees of 10500 rs into my account. Then how should we believe it was completely fake calls & fake people pls don't trust such a messages & calls iam going to take a seviere& serious action againaist on this sakshi gupta of birla group of finance & friends those who are losses & got cheated by them same as like me pls contact me to my number & submit a ur complaint to me i will be take action against to them...
