Birla Group Finance — fake calls for personal loan

Hi I am nilofar. I apply for the mudra loan for 6 lac in birla group of finance company. They approve my loan request and said i had to pay 6500 to mr rakesh patel for the agreement which is 1 percent of loan amount. When i paid the money on 15 of April at 6pm komal said to me that she will credited half amount of loan within 2 hrs in my bank account but the money was not credited. Next day I ask her she said please call the other departments regarding your loan . I called pooja she said i had to pay 18500 for my file because i paid late the amount of agreement so that fcc charge apply on my file I have to pay this amount and after half an hour the amount Will be refundable. She says these words to me than I thought for a while if the amount is refundable than why she wants me to pay and I stop myself there. These are the girls who does fake calls to people and looted please don't trust on them . Please do not apply for loan in birla group of finance company. They are very cheap.
