Birla Sun Life — aditya birla sun life tax relief 96 fund-non receipt of dividend-folio no [protected]

-the following dividend on my subject mutual fund have so far not been credited to my bank account.
1. Dividend record date 24.11.2017 for rs 11464.37
2. Dividend record date 25.11.2016 for rs 4438.25
3. Dividend record date 11.03.2016 for rs 4357.80
-i have requested for change of my ifsc code due to change in bank branch vide my letter dated 04.12.2017, submitted bank account statement vide letter dated 19.12.2017, submitted attested signature from the bank vide letter dated 28.12.2017.
The present ifsc code is ucba0001654, account no [protected], name of the bank is u co bank, branch name : gomti nagar, lucknow-1654.

Micr code is[protected]

During my yesterday's (03.01.2018) telephonic talk with customer care number [protected], the concerned executive agreed having received all required documents but expressed his inability to let me know the reasons for non - release of the dividends and advised me that i would be intimated in 16 days time as it was the different team who looks after this matter.

It is pertinent to note that i never receive any communication from aditya birla advising me about the discrepency if any in the required formalities or why the dividend has not been credited to my account. It is me who has always to make the queries. This is the position despite of my registration of my e mail address [protected]@gmail.com with them and my mobile number [protected]/[protected]is also with their records.

Kindly help in payment of the above said three pending dividends in my account
