I have sent all documents required regarding the settlement of hospital expenses on may but still I have not received any information about the claim.i have not received still inspite of submitting all the documents related to the claim amount.
Such a poor response from the insurance company never expected at all.
I want the company to take necessary action to settle the issue.

We have already escalated in thane branch complaint against sona yadav, he has cheated us on maturity about withdrawn of policy. And now when we have checked our bank accounts he is denying policy is transferred to pension plan.
