I have sent all documents required regarding the settlement of hospital expenses on may but still I have not received any information about the claim.i have not received still inspite of submitting all the documents related to the claim amount.
Such a poor response from the insurance company never expected at all.
I want the company to take necessary action to settle the issue.

    Mr. Kamlesh rao and birla sun life insurance

    Subject: - complaint related cheating, fraud, misselling, forgeries regarding policy numbers –[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].

    All senior authorities i would like to inform you that from november 2018 to till date i am continuously sending compliant email regarding fraud but till date i have not received positive response from your company and i am requesting you to please investigate all matter like fresh compliant and cancel my all policies and refund my money as soon as possible.

    I would like to inform you that above mentioned all policies your agents sold me on the commitments of irda bonus amount of rupees 3, 50, 000/- as they was told me that they will open my dummy policies and once policy number will get generate from birla sun life insurance company immediately they will cancel my policies and cancellation amount will get refund within 90 days along with bonus amount and as per instruction i was paid huge amount in birla sun life insurance company.

    Secondly after 16-17 month your agents was told me that we will not able to provide any bonus amount to you because market condition is very bad and same time i was told to your executive that if you are not able to provide me bonus amount to me then please cancel my policies and refund my money and after that i received call from your senior departments and they told me that we will not able to cancel your policies but we will convert your all policies into single premium policies and after 5 years you will get maturity amount from our company.

    They was promised me that i will get all information regarding single premium in writing via email and letter and as per that i received email from birla sun life insurance company that your company converted my policies into single premiums and also i received policies converted into single premiums documents from birla sun life insurance company and because of that i did trust on your company and i was waited till 2018 because in 2018 i have completed 5 years but your company denying to provide me maturity amount because of that i had send complaint email to your company and requested to cancellation of policies but your officer are also not ready to cancel my policies and they are saying that now we are converting your all policies into single premium but i don’t want to wait more because i don’t have any trust on your company and also my financial and health condition is very bad and i wanted my hard earned money back.

    I would like to inform you that i had received email dated 3/04/2013 from your official email address –[protected]@birlasunlife.com and also i have received hard copy o[censored]pdated policy documents from your company wherein your company confirmed me that i have taken policies for bonus purpose but due to bad market condition we are not able to provide bonus amount and we are not able to cancel my policies but birla sun life insurance company are converted your all policies into single premium and after 5 years i will get maturity amount.

    Secondly on dated 15/04/2013 i received 2 pager hard copy o[censored]pdated policy documents wherein your company confirmed me that my all policies are converted into single premium and in 2018 i will get maturity amount, in this policy documents your company clearly mentioned all information regarding my policy, my personal information and in second page your company attached single premium illustration also. (For reference purpose i am attaching email copy and updated policy documents and requesting you to please checked all the details)

    Apart from that i have already forwarded this original email to your executive mr. Rahul bhsari and i am sending copy of this forwarded email to you so kindly find the attachment.


    Please go through the complete matter

    Here i want to inform you that i received call from your broker/agent mr. Ashish singh and he told me that on my irda declared bonus on my lic polices of rupees 2, 00, 000 and for bonus clamming purpose i have to open security code and for that i have to pay amount of rupees 30, 000 in birla sun life insurance company as a security deposit because birla sun life insurance company is authorized partner of irda and all security deposit amount would me remain in birla sun life insurance company and all bonus amount would be process via birla sun life insurance company and this security deposit amount will get refund within 90 days along with bonus amount.

    I was happy to heard and i was submitted all require documents to your executive along with premium amount cheque, after this within 20 days they again called me and told me that your bonus amount is increased upto 3, 50, 000 because of your new investment in birla sun life insurance company and for that you need to pay more premium amount of rupees 90, 000 in birla sun life insurance company and that time i was told to your executive that i am not able to pay 90, 000 in one shot because i have financial problem and same time he told me that please arrange at least amount of rupees 40, 000 within 2 days and remaining amount you can adjust within next 7 to 8 days and as per requirements i was gave 2 cheques to your agents amount of rupees 40, 000 and cheque of rupees 50, 000 in favors of birla sun life insurance company, after that i received calls from bonus confirmation departments and they are continuously told me that your bonus amount is 100% approved and this amount you will get as soon as possible.

    After this again within a month they called me and told me that for bonus releasing purpose you need to pay more 50, 000 to birla sun life insurance company and once you pay this amount we will release your all amounts within a 60 days and again i was paid 50, 000 to your company.

    After this again called me and told me that your bonus amount is final stage but we are not able to release this amount because you amount is more than 5, 00, 000 and for that you need to pay tax amount of rupees 60, 000 in future generali india life insurance company and this amount also refundable and if your failed to pay this amount then your bonus will reject and any how you have to pay this bonus amount and because of that i was paid more 60, 000 in future generali india life insurance company.

    After this i was waited till 2 months and when i was asked regarding refund they told me that your cheque is ready but you have not paid policy cancellation fees to birla sun life insurance company and for that you have to pay 70, 000 cancellation fees to birla sun life insurance company and once you pay amount of rupees 70, 000 as policy cancellation fees we will canceled all your policies and we will refund you all premiums along with your bonus amount of rupees 3, 50, 000 within 90 days and because of that i was paid more 70, 000 to birla sun life insurance company.

    After this again i was waited till 3-4 months and agents was regular basis called me and gave promises me that your bonus is under process, after that i received some calls from birla sun life insurance company for renewal purpose and because of that i called to your executive and asked the process and once again he give me excuse and told me that your file is pending because you had paid amount of rupees 70, 000 for birla sun life insurance companies policies cancellation purpose but till date you have not paid policy cancellation fees of future generali india life insurance company and once you pay this amount your all process will done and we will release all your funds within 90 days and as per that i was paid more 30, 000 to future generali india life insurance company.

    After that i was continuously received called from renewal departments of birla sun life insurance company and also i received some noticed from birla sun life insurance company and because of that i called to your agents and informed all matter and he told me that your file is under process and he told me that pay your all renewals otherwise you irda code will expired and you have to keep your irda security code active till your bonus amount will not release in your accounts and as per instructions i was taken loans from others and paid all renewal to your company.

    After this around 6 months i was followed him but continuously they told me that your bonus is under process and you will get refund all amount but then also i have not received any bonus amount from your company and after that they started to ignore me and when i asked the reason of delay they gave me # reason that market is down and all companies are in loss and because of that irda and birla sun life insurance company will not able to provide you any bonus amount.

    After that i told to your executive that if you are not able to provide me bonus amount then please cancel my all polices and refund my money otherwise i will file case in court against your company but he told me that i will talk with my senior and come back to you.

    Within 30 minutes his senior mr. Shekhavt called me and told me that we are not able to cancel your policies because cancellation time is over but we will give you alternative option and we will convert you all birla sun life insurance policies in one time investments and you have to wait only 5 years more and once your 5 years will complete we will refund your all money with interest and same time i was told to mr. Shekhavat that i don’t have any trust on you because your executive already misguided me and i want refund this amount but he told me that don’t worry once your policies will converted in to single premium company will send you confirmation letter wherein you will get all details in writing and apart from that you will get email from our company that your policies has been converted into single premium and after that you don’t have to pay any renewal premiums to our company.

    As per discussion within 7 to 8 days i received email from your company that my all policies has been converted into single premium and apart from that i received policies converted into single premium letter from your company and when i gone through the matter i though problem is resolve but now 5 years are completed and because of that 2 times i have visited to your ghatkopar branch and explained all matter but they are saying your policies has been lapsed.

    Apart from that today i was called to your customer care executive also but they also saying that your policies has been lapsed and same time i asked the procedure regarding cancellation and they told to me please visit our branch or send compliant email to our company.

    Secondly when i was explained all matter to your call center executive they told me that please send copy of policies converted into single premium letter which is received from our company and copy of email which is received from our company and same time i was updated my email id in your record.

    Here i want to ask that when i have received email from your company that my policies has been converted into single premium and also received confirmation letter from your company that my policies has been converted into single premium then why your company not ready to proved my maturity amount.

    Here i want to tell you that i have been badly cheated from your company and without wasting my time please provide me maturity amount or please cancel my all policies and refund my hard earned money with interest as soon as possible.

    Request you to please find the attached below mentioned documents for further investigation purpose.

    1) hard copy of new updated policy documents wherein your company confirmed me that my all policies are converted into single premium and after 5 years i will get maturity amount.

    2) secondly please find the attached email printout copy wherein your company confirmed me from your official email address ([protected]@birlasunlife.com) that my policies have been converted into single premiums and i will get maturity amount after 5 years.

    3) thirdly i was i would like to inform you that i have already forwarded this email to rahul bhusari and i am attaching this email communication also.

      I did internship with birla sun life while doing my pgdm and they forcefully pressurized me to take the policy from them otherwise they will fail me in my internship. I bought policy in which i need to pay yearly amount of 24639 uptil 20 years. I took policy and since the minimum lockin period is 3 yrs this year i decided to surrender it.. As of now i have paid rs. 73, 917 and while surrendering it on 5th june they told me that i can get on rs. 37, 287 that means i am already bearing a good amount of loss. Today i received a mail that i will get only rs. 36, 216 i. E. 1000 less than they promised me 10 days back. Kindly please look into my matter and i want my whole surrender amount back.

        Dear sir,
        I have taken a policy in your company on 07/06/2019. Policy no[protected]. Due date for this year is on 08.06.2020. But because of this covid 19 spread, i am unable to pay the due on time. So i have decided to pay the policy amount by two wage. For that my premium amount should be shifted from ecs mode to normal mode. I request you to consider this.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I request your kind attention regarding my BSLI Policy No.[protected] issued on (28/9/2009).

          I called up your customer care center on(18th Feb, 2020) to get information on my policy updates and to know when I have to pay my last premium and the year of maturity.

          I got a surprise and shock from call agent who confirms me that my policy last premium due date will be 28/09/2029 and policy maturity date is on 28/09/2034. I told the person that I have my policy bond paper with me and as per the bond paper the policy issue date was (28/09/2009) and the policy maturity date mentioned is (28/09/2029). The call agent told me to file a written complaint and have it corrected in BSLI system.

          My request to take swift action on this matter and do all the correction at the earliest at your side and update me with email reply or send me letter of confirmation on the same basis the policy bond paper.
          I here with attaching the copy of my bond paper for your reference and action.

          Your earlier response to this will be highly appreciated.

            I have term plan with policy no[protected] and opted quarterly payment and paid 4 payment in fy 19-20 but if i download statement i am able to get only three payments due to which i am unable to do my tax submission need urgent help and if i am not getting update i will close it and go with lic which have better online services and it is very very bad service by a private insurance company which i have seen

              As above mention subject iam nagesh c second son of policy holder sri late chaluvasetty n. Died on 27.11.2019. But before die he was suffering from severe disease cancer. Mean while without my notice elder brother given tortutre to my father to change the nominee of his name. Unfortnately two years later my mother also died. Now he try to claim the money for himself. So kindly requesting you to keep pending until i approach your office. Strongly im objected in this issue.

I had sent several follow up email regarding pf withdraw but there is no response from any of team form past two months, only i am getting email stated that "our concern team is working on it you will get resolution with 48 hour" but i didn't received any email or call from their respective team. Also, their customer support team not responding.

                    It is come to my notice that the employee name rajibur rahman from assam has been working in birila sunlife insurance company branch mangaldoi darrang assam, with fake degree certificate in the name of gauhati university since 2014, he also involved in various criminal case.
                    I request you kindly start an investigation...
                    .. And also concern the matter to gauhati university how he can getting this, as per investigation he also submitted this documents in various office.

Company hr told me that kindly provide your reporting persons approval. I have submitted all the approvals from my seniour and also my senior mailed to hr that their is no dues on my side, still birla hr is not provide me my full & final settlement amount and also i m not able to withdrawl my pf number as they did not provide me the uan number of my pf account.. Its almost eight years completed and no one can provide me satisfactory response.

Ideally it is not possible to call anybody after 6pm for the sales purpose as per guidelines it is a serious problem it increase the level of stress .                               From the policy while taking loan i was not informed about your terms
                              And condition that if a single premium is skipped than u have to pay
                              The total amount including the loan which i have taken see the
                              Customer take a loan from it policy only when it is a emergency i[censored] r
                              Asking me to pay the whole amount how can i make the whole payment if
                              I should have all the amount why i would have taken loan against my
                              Policy and paying interest also for that which the amount is mine
                              Only.

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                Myself shubhrashree maji going to registered a complaint against citi bank hyderabad/telangana branch related to deficiency in service with respect to loans and advances, delays in sanction, disbursement or non-observance of prescribed time schedule for disposal of loan applications.

                                On 7th dec2018 i have received a call from ms. Ashuma sharma (Mob. [protected]) of citi bank hyderabad/telangana branch loan dept. For od loan with tenure of 15 yrs and interest rate of 7.5% on annually reducing basis.

                                After understanding all the details of od loan i agree to avail the loan of rs.15 lacs and for the same i have provided all the required documents to the following mail id provided by ms. Ashuma sharma i. E [protected]@india.com.

                                And further the file has been process by mr. Rohit sharmra (Mob. No.[protected] & [protected]) and he asked me to pay rs.37999/-as an insurance amount against which i will receive the loan the same has been transfer thru imps in hdfc a/c in the name of aman jha and later on he asked to provide rs.49999/- has an account activation charges to open od loan a/c in citibank which will be refundable within 4 hrs of time period.

                                But mistakenly i have transfer rs.50000/- thru imps in hdfc a/c instead of rs.49999/- and which get blocked as informed by mr. Rohit due to improper coding and so he and his senior (Mr. Aditya sharma) request me to make the payment of rs.49999/- again in kotak mahindra bank in the name of sanjay. After transferring the said amount they (Mr. Rohit & mr. Aditya) inform that due to error in ser ver a/c cannot be open in citi bank and they will transfer the loan amount in my icici bank

                                Along with the amount which i have paid (I. E 50000/- + 49999/-) for that i have to do one transaction of rs.1, 50, 000/- in kotak mahindra a/c to check the authenticity of my a/c and which will get reverse back to my a/c in few minutes as informed by mr. Aditya but the amount of rs.1.5 lacs didn’t get reverse till the end of the day.

                                And on next day he informed me that due to some noc issue the fund didn’t get transfer to my account and to get it transfer to my icici a/c i need to transfer two noc amount of rs.24750/-in hdfc bank a/c & rs.1, 23, 000/- in kotak a/c which will get reverse along with earlier paid amount and loan amount. But till the end of the day no amount has been get credited to my a/c and they keep informing me that there is server issue so the transferring of amount getting delay.

                                And 2 days later i. E on 12/12/2018 my loan file get transfer to mr. Rahul verma of a/c dept (Mob. No.[protected]) and as he and his manager mr. Abir bhardwaj that they are going to transfer the entire amount which i had paid along with loan amount to my icici bank a/c under fund management process for which i need to do one transaction of rs.60000/- to the a/c which will be inform by them but i decline to make the transaction of rs.60000/- and i ask them to provide me all the acknowledgement receipt for the transaction which i made to their specified a/c firstly then i would may think to transfer the required amt.

                                But they said they are sorry to provide the receipt or any kind of details unless and until i make the payment and by making so many request i asked them to transfer the amount which i have paid to you except loan amount to my a/c but they decline it and said until i make the payment of rs.60000/- they won’t transfer the amount. Later on they ask me to make payment of rs. 49999/- & rs.35000/- in bank of india so that the loan amount get transfer to my a/c. I have the transfer the required amt but yet not received the committed amount to my a/c.

                                Following all payments has been transferred to respective bank a/c of Birla Sun Life Proprietaries
                                1.Mr.Aman Jha - HDFC Bank - A/C no.[protected] amt transferred of Rs.1, 62, 778/-
                                2.Mr.Sanjay-Kotak Mahindra Bank-A/c no.[protected] amt transferred of Rs.2, 73, 000/-
                                3.Mr.Sudhir Kumar-Bank of India-A/c no.[protected] amt transferred Rs.84, 999/-

                                I get cheated by citi bank employees. So request you to please look into this matter as early as possible and help me out to get my paid amount reverse to my icici a/c asap with being asking any further NOC to pay my hard earn money, as being a middle class person currently i facing lot of financial crunch and going thru tremendous stress so again and again requesting you to please take the necessary action and do the needful to get reverse my block amount to my a/c asap.

                                Request you to please go thru all the transactions and communication details made so far for your reference.

                                  We need to your help in getting this addressed asap, the premium payment was made on 24th march 2019 and so far it was not updated in the account and we haven't received the premium paid receipt, have been calling out chasing on the mails since almost 25 days and never got any proper response which address my issue, i see the tickets being created when i request each time over the mail but which never been addressed. The issue is still not addressed, i never seen such delayed response with any other insurances company. I want someone to take this up get addressed asap.

                                    We received one call for feb city bank that there is offer going on to purchase brila sun life insurance. You are getting loan facilities. The insurance value is 35, 720/-. It is one time payment and u will get again loan amount 7, 35, 000. Then he told to maintain your account about 60, 000 and he told me that you want to active your link that is we need to transfer 59, 365. We transfered the amount but we didn't received the loan. Again we transfer 24, 998 and 24, 999 and 65, 000 and 35, 000 after transferring this big amount we didn't received the loan and after one month the person switched off the phone. After this we received a call for 20th march and he told me you want to cancel the file or you want your loan amount then after 10 days he told me that we have to pay noc charges and he force me to pay 18, 000 or else the loan amount will not be given and hence we paid the amount. And then we again paid 17, 720. After the payment this amount can not be merged that is why we can not transfer your amount. Again he is forcing me to pay 35, 720 to get your loan amount. So i request kindly return back my money which we paid total amount 3, 16, 522/-

                                      One citibank emp. Aakash (M-[protected]) ring me to give me a loan of rs.10/- lakh from citibank. Then after he told me a to take insurance policy of birla sun life for rs.25000/- as guarantor of loan. Then after one lady sonia gupta (M-[protected]) involve in the matter and she told me to transfer money of rs.5, 34, 500/- in birla sun life bank a/c.

                                        We have already escalated in thane branch complaint against sona yadav, he has cheated us on maturity about withdrawn of policy. And now when we have checked our bank accounts he is denying policy is transferred to pension plan. My dad senior citizen why he is troubled at least this fellow sona yadav intentionally did and now he is changing his words.
                                        Really pathetic i want our money i am not interested in transferring this. Hope i get solution on this and correct action on mr. Sona yadav at least he won't cheat someone else.
                                        He is of mind birla sunlife won't take action against him, so he has challenged us to mark a complaint.
                                        He he will proved wrong by birla authorities.
