Universal Sompo company is find baseless/useless excuses when you claim your insurance after 3 years.

I have clarified their query but they don't want to listen.

They rejected my mediclaim based on the below reasons.

I have submitted the intimation of car damage on 21st Feb. till 24th Feb i didnt get get any call back from the team for survey. I need to call them again and again for atleast 5 times to get it done.
