I have purchased life insurance policy online and now to track the application it is showing as invalid policy. I have paid 28000 as premium amount and whenever i call customer care number it keeps moving to once line to another without any solution. I am completely annoyed as there is no response on call back service also. No one in system is able to help on the same and to complete the policy. What to do???
