I ve paided the premium of rs 2183.85 in my brila account on net banking of my indian overseas bank account [protected] at[protected].18pm, but the amount is deducted and the transection is failed. I have been trying to get back a small amount of Rs. 5000 from Birla sunlife mutual fund for the past 4 months. Every time I call they promise me the amount in 4 working days. None of the numbers are working, so now I don't know where to call to get an update on my money.
