I have 4 Birla tyres from General Tyre Agency, Anand Gujarat. After 18000 km one tyre scratched in side and guarantee was 50000 km. I have submitted it for replacement of tyre. But nothing is heard from Birla Tyre company. I have lost faith from Birla Tyre Company and never use any product.
Kindly file my complaint for replacement of my one tyre. I have also email to customer care of Birla Tyre company but nothing is heard. After 2 month they replied that your tyre request pending and then after my claim rejected and said that your claim is not passed. This is not proper as good company when they give guarantee for 50000 kilometer. My tyre is used only 18000 kilometer only.
