I have 4 Birla tyres from General Tyre Agency, Anand Gujarat. After 18000 km one tyre scratched in side and guarantee was 50000 km. I have submitted it for replacement of tyre. But nothing is heard from Birla Tyre company. I have lost faith from Birla Tyre Company and never use any product.

I again facing the problem with Birla tyres and the company is again refusing us to replace our tyres. 3-4 Months back, our 2 tyres of BT/112 7/50/16 got damaged and we submitted these tyres to Birla office in Transport Nagar, Luhdiana.
