Bought a HTC Desire 820 on 18 Feb, 2015 and bought insurance from Biscoot company for it on the same day.
It's screen was cracked which was claim-able according to the terms and conditions.
I filled the form on July, 2015.
It's been long 6 months and I'm still eagerly waiting for the company to revert back.
Its been 6 months and I'm still getting the same excuse, "There's problem here, you'll recieve your money within 10 days" from the customer executive.
I just wanted to know what's the actually claim status?
and today I got to know the employee who took my phone while filling the form left the company. His name is "Avtar Sanjotre".
At the moment, I don't know where's my phone and where's my insurance claim's amount.
I'm done with waiting and I can't take this anymore. I've lost my patience.
