My iphone 6s screen was cracked. The phone for picked up by the insurance company on 15th september 2016. Pick up - [protected].
I was not informed that the phone was delivered until i asked for it. A week later i call to ask the status thats when i was told to delete the fmip account in i phone. Which i did immediately. Every time i ask for an update, the just sent that they are waiting for the estimate from the service centre. I want the phone to be repaired/ replaced and sent as soon as possible. No status update is given to us, no matter how many times we call. These days they disconnect the phone and do not respond to our emails.
