Bought a HTC Desire 820 on 18 Feb, 2015 and bought insurance from your company for it on the same day.
It's screen was cracked which was claim-able according to your terms and conditions.
I filled the form on July, 2015.
It's been long 6 months and I'm still eagerly waiting for you people to revert back.
Its been 6 months and I'm still getting the same excuse, "There's problem here, you'll recieve your money within 10 days" from the customer executive.
I just wanted to know what's the actually claim status?
I'm done with waiting and I can't take this anymore. I've lost my patience.
Also The executive who got me the insurance has left the job and there is no proper response from the Company.
its been months they took the phone from me and now neither i have the phone nor did i get any refund.worst experience
