(b) claim intimation no --[protected]

2. New claim no alloted is [protected].

3.I having messages on the phone that document are incomplete .i have forwarded the incomplete documents in the month of Dec 2015 by trackon docket no 47529104 on 23 Dec 15.

4. it is almost six month no mail till date.
