I have purchased a samsung galaxy e7 mobile on 11th march 2015 and insured it from biscoot mobile insurance co. On 2nd janurary 2016 its screen and display got damaged due to accident. on same day i went to mobile shop for insurance claim, they demanded original mobile invoice, my photo id and adress proof and mobile estimate made by samsung authorised service centre . i handed over all the documents and did all the formalities by next day . they posted the same documents to insurance co. on 6th jan.
after 2-3 days i got my intimation or complain no. by txt message and this was the ist and last response from the ins co. after that they ahve not made any reply either by call or text or email.
from last 2 months i regularly call to customer care of the ins co. but they dont take any positive action against my claim rather they make silly excuses that the co.'s policy have changed and i will soon receive a call from them for new intimation or complain no. but as i said above they dont respond.
so i request you to take urgent strict action against my complain.
