I had raised an empty jar pickup request on 2-Jan 2024 and it is 23-Jan 2024 but still it has not been picked up. Only getting sms regarding pickup but neither the pickup team called me nor did they come to pick it up.
I had also called Bisleri CUSTOMER CARE team on 15th Jan'24 .
Today again I called Bisleri CUSTOMER CARE team and they assured that empty jar will be picked today for sure.
I got the pickup sms @ 8:31pm and @ 9pm I got another sms that pickup was unsuccessful and will be retried on 7-Feb'24.
This thing is happening week after week. Could the bisleri team answer me that why this ### is going-on day after day?
Extremely ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour that is very annoying now and totally unacceptable .
