Bisleri International — Empty jar pickup 4 nos and refund of deposit - reg

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unresolved pickup request for 4 empty jars associated with ID no.[protected], placed on 31st May 2025. At the time of the initial purchase, I paid a caution deposit of ₹150 per jar.

Despite multiple reminders following my pickup request, no action has been taken to retrieve the jars. I have since relocated to a different state and, as instructed, arranged for the jars to be handed over through my neighbour. I informed the Bisleri customer care team of this arrangement on multiple occasions, yet the pickup has still not been completed, even after a delay of over 17 days.

This prolonged inaction has caused considerable inconvenience. Given these circumstances, I now request a full refund of my caution deposit, along with an appropriate compensation amount to account for the poor service and extended delay.

I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.
