My name is Satish and i have purchase the 3 burner black pearl gas stove from Homeshop18 and now i am facing problem in big burner whenever I try to turn on the knob, I get a strange POPUP sound after which the gas catches fire. The company has provided customer care no as [protected] which only ringing. no one is picking up the line. Please look into this matter Was this information helpful? | |||

I recently purchased 4 burner gas stove. After hardly two weeks one knob got tight and eventually broke. One other knob when turned to low makes the gas go off completely. I am very disappointed by the performance of this product. No one picks up at the service centre. My product is under warranty. I would like a company service engineer to come and rectify all problems. My add is E 601, Plumeria Garden Estate, Omicron 3, Greater Noida 201308
