Black Pearl — cooktop

Hi,
I purchased black pearl 4 burner cook top from amazon in the month of april 2018. It's warranty period is 1 year. But after 6 months today morning my cook top is cracked automatically... Whole top porsan is crack.. Amazon is not helping me and when i mail to black pearl support they said that they are not dealing appliances.. Plz resolve my issue as soon as possible.
