I Anil Anthony have smart phone curve 8520, i have taken the phone on August, 2010 and there was no
problem until my complete phone was black out on[protected] and i have given my mobile to the service
centre on[protected] @ 1.30 pm with receipt no.hyd/bb/13/06360 amt .rs.220/- and informed to confirm
what was the problem and rectify the same. I received the call from the technical staff mr.anand cse at
1.45 pm to 2.00 pm stating that the phone cannot be rectified and the amount will be refunded back to
me and stated that if at all i have to give for repair it will take rs.10, 000/- for the same. I went
to your service station today @ 1.30 pm to 2.00 pm and was informed that the phone cannot be service
and asked to give at any of the local service center in order to rectify the mobile and on top of it i
was informed that i will be not given any refund for the same.As the charge were taken for checking the
mobile and the same cannot be refunded for which we had an heated arugment with your cse mr.anand and
he started raising is voice and was not at all customer friendly not customer oriented, neverthless to
say was not having the proficieny to iform the customer about the issue and resolve rather asking me
to visit any of the local service center and get it rectified.My first question why is the BB service
center is given when the technical staff are not equiped to service customer issue Second question why
the staff are guiding the customer to the local service center rather to the renowed bb service centerThird i have been charge without any service and on top of it the technical staff was not customer proficiency Fourth, i had a very bad experience on my holiday day visiting the center without any solution and bad customer orientation from the technical staff Fifth i would like to recieve solution for my problemm, if so please call me on my mobile no.[protected]
