Blackox — No Services for under warranty product

I have purchased tv from ebay in 2018. It has 5 years warrenty. Now display issue is coming for the tv. So tried to book a complaint from online but no luck due to no MORE Ebay.

Tried to book with company helpline number. But it's used by other service center.

Please help us who is the right person to reach in it ??
