I have purchased black ox led tv 2018 i have 5years of extended warranty am trying to call toll free number they are not responding properly saying we can't able to provide service because of you are purchasing Paytm mall...
You ask to Paytm mall they only provide service how they will provide service ....

I have purchased tv from ebay in 2018. It has 5 years warrenty. Now display issue is coming for the tv. So tried to book a complaint from online but no luck due to no MORE Ebay.

Tried to book with company helpline number. But it's used by other service center.

Please help us who is the right person to reach in it ??...

I had purchased black ox led tv and now tv is under repair. We have already complained and tv part is broken which was supposed to be replaced. Its since last 1 and half month the tv is not working and still part has not yet appeared. Customer care service is horrible. Thy don't have any update and doesn't even care to do a call back. Worst experience.. Not suggesting to buy.....
