Dear Sir, We Bank of India, Wazirganj Branch, has sent two different documents to our different branches from Blaze Flash Couriers two months ago. But the said documents has not been received by our branches. We are unable to trace the documents and the company is saying that their many branches has been closed and they don't know where the document is. The documents are very important to us. We have also lodged complaint to the company through mail on 20 june 14 to [protected]@blazeflash.com, also called on many nos. but of no worth.
