I had booked a consignment thru Blazeflash from Delhi to Mohali on 31.01. 2014 vide consignment No.[protected]. However, even after 18 days it has not been delivered. On line tracking is also not working for this consignment. The local agent is also not able to track the same. My complaint to blazeflash thru e-mail has also not been acknowledged. Blazeflash seems to be totally unconcerned about problems being faced by its customers. Kindly help.

      I sell product online on ebay. I sent more than 30 couriers with Blazeflash. Some of them never reached to the client. Some of them which reached took 15 days, till then, customer had been refunded from my account. So, customers now have products as well money has been refunded to them as well. In some other cases, Blazeflash Krishna Nagar branch accepted couriers where they did not have service. Lost close to 50, 000 and my ebay shop was closed due to negative feedbacks received by the clients. Sent a mail to their CEO but nothing concrete has come up. They sent me the claims form, which I have sent but nothing has come up from their end. Regards, Punish

        I have couriered a parcel from Blaze Flash Couriers Limited Roorkee branch on 12 dec.'2013 for Srinagar Garhwal Uttrakhand. My parcel does not delivered in three & four days. When I enquired about it they do not tell me any thing and keep telling that it will be delivered soon. And when I sent some one to Srinagar Garhwal branch he told that parcel is in his home. Till 21.12.2013 courier is not delivered and there contacts are either switched Off or busy.

          This is to inform you the your customer service is worse in the country. While trying to reach your customer care number [protected], the IVR starts (i.e our call rates start and we have to pay for this call) but strange thing is after following the IVR statements, the call is disconnected. It is not just coincidence, I have tried 5 times and same thing happened. So first, your delivery service is so poor that it is taking more than 10 days for a domestic care and still I am not sure whether I will be getting my packet or NOT. My AWB number is[protected] which should have reached Bangalore one week back. Current status is "13/12/2013 Out for Delivery by BANGLORE PH:[protected], 82, 83" But today it is 15/12/2013 still I didn't received it. Phone number mentioned here is bogus. Only first number is reachable but ofcourse as it is Blazeflash, no one will pick that number.Huh!!! I don't understand if it take more than 2 days to deliver in the same city as this packet is out for delivey on 13/12/2013 from Bangalore. Other thing, your customer service is worst where no body even bother about the customer satisfaction. I hope your company will take it seriously and will try to understand what customer satisfaction means.

            This complaint is regarding the following couriers that have not reached the destination (Pune) from Jammu. [protected] dated 3/12/13 by Akash Vaishnavi [protected] dated 4/12/13 by Amardeep Singh Kindly find herewith the attachment of Invoices of the same. Its regretful news that the courier hasn't been delivered till date as Blazeflash is an esteemed and trustworthy name in the country. All the numbers provided in the website as well as the customer care number is either unresponsive or unanswerable. Even the branch office in Jammu has failed in providing the updates on the same. These documents are very important from the prospective of our company.

              I booked a courier from Ghaziabad-Bareilly on 20th November (AWB #[protected], but it has not been delivered till date. I have tried to reach out to BlazeFlash but: 1> Your Delhi Customer care number (92130xxx) disconnects before I may talk to the customer care person. 2> The Bareilly Number keeps ringing and no one picks up the phone.(BAREILLY PH[protected] when a lady will pick the phone she TALKS VERY VERY RUDELY. They have kept the package with them for last few days and did not deliver it to the destination. I would not recommend BLAZEFLASH courier to anyone on the web. Gaurav.

              Blazeflash Couriers — delivery of product

              late delivery of my product and the service charge is maximum. it takes so much time without taking care of the urgency and value of the product. even no one takes care of the registered complain. the product was dispatched from supaul on 14th and reached patna on 15th but from there it was sent on 17th. my complain no is 426 and courier id is[protected].

                I am residing in Chennai. My packege containing original document on 28th Oct from Ansari Road, Darya Ganj, New Delhi for delivery at Chennai vie AWB no.[protected]. Its 25th day today and nobody in any office of blazeflash knows whereabout of the packet. And the website if providing below useless information for past 24 days. I have been calling continuously Chennai office and for last 21 days, till today they are saying there is no trace of your document and when i called at delhi they said they you will get it soon in delhi. There has been no feedback at all from any of the office inspite of repeated complaints lodged. And inspite of having made more than 30 calls, Nobody knows where the packet is and when it will be delivered. The docket number is[protected]. If this number is used to track the item on the Blazeflash site, he status that is displayed on the page. 28/10/2013 Forwarded by DARYAGANJ PH:23244318, 23246860 AIR MIX (117805 (DDG_DEL/AIR_MIX/281013/2/P AIR/ND/306)) (1) there is no control/tracking at any stage, (2) there is no information about whereabout of courier and (3)there will no reply/feedback irrespective of how many times you make a complaint.                         I BOOKED 7 PARCELS FROM BLAZEFLASH..ALL IN THEIR SRVICEABLE AREAS..BUT OUT OF THAT NONE WAS DELIEVERED...AFTER MUCH PRESSURE FROM MY SIDE THEY DELIEVERED TWO PARCELS BUT BOTH WERE EMPTY...WITH TAPE STICKED ON MY PARCEL ...REST 5 WAS NOT AT ALL DELIEVERED ..AS IT CLEARLY SHOWS THAT THEY GUYS ARE JUST CHEATER THEY KEEP THE ITEM IN THE PARCEL WITH THEM AND SHOW THAT PARCELS ARE MISPLACED..THE ITEM COST WAS AROUND 4000 ...BUT THEY ARE ONLY GIVING 1000 (AS PER THEIR POLICY 100 FOR LOST OF PARCEL +50 AS I PAID PER SHIPPING) ...SO I WILL JUST SUGGEST EVERYONE NOT TO EVER DEAL WITH THESE CRAPS...AS THEY ARE JUST, ...CHOR HAI SAAAALE...

                          Dear Sir/ Madam I have sent local courier through Blazeflash courier on dated 14/09/2013 via Consignment DOCAT NO[protected]. Courier booking done at Modern complex manimazra chandigarh, Destination was Jalandhar. After 11 days waiting & complete follow-up company customer care is saying they have lost the courier. There were very important & original documents inside the consignment and were necessary to delivered within TAT described by Blazeflash Courier. It is effecting me with cost & wasting my time as well as my carrier will also get effected. Even after the continue follow up with courier company, neither the courier got delivered nor the same has been returned back. please do the needful else guide me how could I can recover from this loss.                             Hi, My sister in Delhi booked a courier containing a Rakhi on 12th August 2013 by Blazeflash Couriers Limited to Bangalore by consignment No.[protected]. Courier is not yet delivered. No one in the Blazeflash call center gives proper answer on calls. I sent continuous e-mails to them, so they raised a complaint No. 101754 on 23rd August 2013 and asked for my complete address details. I gave the full address with my mobile number to them on e-mail only. Now, they have sent an e-mail today on 12th September 2013 saying courier wasn't delivered at my address on 27th August 2013 only because of Incomplete Address. I replied on the same mail asking I didn't get any call from their side and address which I gave on 23rd August 2013 by e-mail is correct only and also sender has written correct address on courier but still no reply. Please can you help me to get my courier + courier charges + 500 Rs. as inconvenience compensation from Blazeflash?

                              This is to bring in your notice that I have sent a courier to Ludhiana from Jammu. This courier is having iPhone5’s headphone and SIM Tray eject PIN. Courier delivered successfully but the Headphone was not there in the box. Attached are the print screen for the same where the agency guy tore the wrapper and again sealed it with tape. Then I have raised the concern to Jammu Courier agency and In spite of several follow ups with the agency I have not got any help from their side.                                 I have courier some important official documents from Blaze Flash Limited on 26th Jul'13 from Delhi to Secundrabad. Till now (06.08.2013) it is not reached there. I have complaint through its customer care no. ([protected]) and they gave me a complain no. which is 94136. However they are telling now your documents have lost and we can not do anything. Even I have mail to [protected]@blazeflash.com and his DGM mail ID which is [protected]@blazwflash.com. But nobody is responding.

                                this was an urgent mail and was accordingly send via speed post to ensure that it reaches quickly, but the postal services have delayed the delivery.

                                  The consignment no [protected] was delivered from LUCKNOW on 14/06/2013 to deliver Bhubaneswar. But the consignmet is not reached to us.

                                  As per the Lucknow office the courier has delivered to Bhubaneswar via Delhi.

                                  As per the Delhi office courier was despateched to Bhubaneswar on 17/06/2013.

                                  But Bhubanswar office staff are denying about the courier status.According to them the item is lost.They are not talking responsibilites for anything.Kindly look into this matter

                                  This is in reference to my courier details below -

                                  Send To: Jawalapur, Haridwar

                                  was lost in the month of Oct'09. Since then I have been following this case either with Sachin Saxena (Branch Manager) - Vaishali - Ghaziabad or with Leena Roy (DGM). but of no results every now and then they asked me to wait, as this takes time, its been 6 months now I don't know how much time does it take to compensate the own mistake which is accepted by Sachin.

                                  I have lost all the hopes of getting this amount back even after providing all the artifacts & documents. I have forwarded my application to Ms. Leena which was lost in transit c note no[protected] and was requiered to submit it again to Vaishali office.

                                  Last communication received from Blazeflash was on 22-12-09 asking to submit relevent documents which was submitted by me thereafter no communication. Today I went to meet Mr Sachin (25th time since the courier was lost) and he said he went to Delhi office today to enquire the status however the relevent lady was not in today.

                                  Please suggest. Is it what we call customer service and this is how you will achieve your mission.

                                      Address: Kullu, Himachal Pradesh

                                      A courier with tracking no :[protected] was sent on 11th of June 2013 from Kullu to Vashi,Navi Mumbai and recvd on 17th June 2013. It contained Valuables of worth[protected] INR and a greeting card with 2 chocolates.

                                      1st of all they were taking so much time to deliver it,and then see what happens...Worst than that..

                                      Card and chocolates were in place but the valuables were missing.I called up my parents in kullu and told them about it..They called up the person who had taken the parcel for courier from Kullu..He did not even made the declaration form and did not even ask what it contains..such an illiterate person..

                                      Now when i called up that person he says that we do nit even have scanners to check at all places what the parcel contains..This was so disgusting..its been 6 years that i was using Trackon and other services...and now Blazeflash which was a nightmare for me..

                                      I will take this matter to consumer court as the management is not at all ready to co-operate.

                                      Will make sure that i get the refund double the amount of my loss and mental harrasment.

                                      BLAZEFLASH COURIERS PVT LTD — consignment undelivered/ misplaced

                                      Consignment no.[protected] dt. 5-6-10
                                      this consignment was sent by me on 5-6-10 and has been misplaced by the company and further the company is not cooperating with me. Complaint no has been given as No. 625 on 9-6-10 by the company but no further action was taken to find the consignment. the consignment contains some cheques from the Department in the favour of the receipient. And due to this the recipient suffered a huge loss.
