Blinkit has been my go to forum for all things edible however my latest expierence both with the service and the customer supoort has left me appalled. Not only did they share bread product with mold on it they also erased the expiry date from the products. It was only upon half consuming the product did i notice the green molds all over the bread.
For a company selling 99% edibles this is a huge health hazard. Seriously risking the health of families with elderly and patients.
When i complained and asked them to get back to it, their reply was a standard ' We will try to provide better service next time' This is highly unacceptable for a service. After informing them i had already discarded the moldly product they told me they cant replace it anymore nor generate a refund.
Highly disappointed
