Blinkit — Delivery not given and money taken by Blinkit

I ordered 8 Ferrero Rocher Moments Chocolates Pack worth Rs. 1597.
They given damaged items and i ask for returning 5. Then when the return came for 5, again 4 of those were damaged and i informed them of the damaged items and i earnestly requested them to not send any replacement. So finally i kept only 4 items of requested 8.

They messaged me saying please reorder in the evening and i completely missed due to an event and finally i missed for next few weeks.

I got remembered about it on 17th December and i mailed them stating that i have not received the full order, so why dont they send me that or refund.

As per their policy they said they cannot refund or re-deliver the items as the 72 hours of window is closed. I mailed them that they have kept my money as they didnt deliver the 4 remaining items and hence they should either refund, replace or deliver the items. They havent agreed and they closed my case without any help.

Dear Sir/Madam of the consumer Forum, I hope that you understood the problem. Problem may be simple and not much of amount but that doesnt give liberty to Blinkit to keep my money fraudulently. In their books they have not given me complete delivery so they should deliver the items requested and it shouldnt matter if i come after 10 days or 15 days. If i have not received my delivery they should deliver whatever way possible.
