Blinkit — money refund issue

I placed an order on 16th May 2024 for a SanDisk Ultra 128GB MicroSD Card. However when I received the order I received a SanDisk Ultra 64GB MicroSD card. I raised a complaint and within a few minutes the delivery guy came and took back the wrong item. The customer support whom I was chatting with also initiated the refund and said it will be credited to my source on 21st May 2024, but sadly till now I have not received my refund.

The interface on Blinkit app does not even allow me to get in touch with any customer support executive.
