We ordered 2kg pomegranate and they sent only 900 grams. The executive lied over the phone that we order 2kg. He argued that we orders 1kg ans that was only 900gms. They are trying to cheat people. If we did not check they wound have made huge money. This has happened earlier also. Definitely this is a fraud and not a mistake. Please take action on them.

I have ordered few items through blinkit app in which 1 item ha snot been delivered to me.Item was 5 kg sugar, cost was Rs 254. Since i failed to complaint the same within 72 hours, Blinkit has not accepted my complaint. I have camera footage of the same, but no one in blinkit is ready to help. Hello, I ordered dates from blinkit to a relatives place upon checking they informed it's seal was broken so they immediately asked agent to take it back so they disposed it but he said he marked it as delivered so I raised complaint regarding the same but they are not helping regarding the issue. These toys were purchased as birthday gifts for my 3-year-old nephew and were delivered to Hotel Country Inn Ghaziabad. Unfortunately, during the birthday celebration, it was discovered that both toys were defective, causing significant embarrassment and a loss of respect among my relatives.
My primary concern is understanding how defective products were allowed to be sold by Blinkit, especially for items meant for children. The inconvenience caused has not only affected the joy of the celebration but has also resulted in reputational damage.
I reside in Dwarka, West Delhi, [PIN Code: 110078], and the gifts were transported to Flat No-F/40 Vijay Laxmi Apartments - I.P Extension, Patparganj, East Delhi, where my nephew resides [PIN Code: 110092]. I have already contacted Blinkit and expressed my willingness to coordinate with my brother or his wife for the collection of the defective toys if their team is willing to pick them up for replacement.
Alternatively, I have requested Blinkit to consider processing a refund for the defective items, taking into account the inconvenience and loss of respect incurred. While I am aware that their policy may typically allow for replacements only, I believe the circumstances in this case warrant special consideration.
I kindly request your intervention in this matter to ensure a fair resolution. The defective toys have not only caused financial loss but also emotional distress, especially for a child's special occasion.
I have attached the necessary order details and communication with Blinkit for your reference.

I ordered 8 Ferrero Rocher Moments Chocolates Pack worth Rs. 1597.
They given damaged items and i ask for returning 5. Then when the return came for 5, again 4 of those were damaged and i informed them of the damaged items and i earnestly requested them to not send any replacement. So finally i kept only 4 items of requested 8.

They messaged me saying please reorder in the evening and i completely missed due to an event and finally i missed for next few weeks.

I got remembered about it on 17th December and i mailed them stating that i have not received the full order, so why dont they send me that or refund.

As per their policy they said they cannot refund or re-deliver the items as the 72 hours of window is closed. I mailed them that they have kept my money as they didnt deliver the 4 remaining items and hence they should either refund, replace or deliver the items. They havent agreed and they closed my case without any help.

Dear Sir/Madam of the consumer Forum, I hope that you understood the problem. Problem may be simple and not much of amount but that doesnt give liberty to Blinkit to keep my money fraudulently. In their books they have not given me complete delivery so they should deliver the items requested and it shouldnt matter if i come after 10 days or 15 days. If i have not received my delivery they should deliver whatever way possible.

I had ordered snackible products in that one of the item is spoiled had fungus on it I want a refund for it u sending the spoiled items and expect that to eat I have wasted money on it I just need the refund as soon as possible

I ordered grocery items today and the curd was delivered in broken packaging

1. Someone logged in to my Blinkit App without password and OTP verification on 30.9.23 afternoon.

2. There were multiple purchases of Rs 17, 000 within 5 mins, these were (Ghee / Oil) delivered at Amritsar whereas I stay in Delhi.

3. Each transaction required OTP, then how can so many transactions happened without OTP verification.

4. I received email towards these transaction and immediately I have flagged it as fraudulent transactions over email within a min of the transactions, the transactions should have been blocked and reversed immediately, but it wasn't done.

4. There are no AI or Fraud detection team of Blinkit, in spite of repeated emails, Blinkit gave me a call after a week. Till date no response or reply over email.

5. Blinkit refused to provide me the login details of my app with IP address for 29.9.23 and 30.9.23 to assist cyber crime team of Delhi Police.

6. It was told to me by reliable sources that these type of fraud is happening rampant with Blinkit customers only. There seems to be someone internal or ex employee having database of their customers and attacking them discreetly. This a serious breach of Data and Privacy.

7. There are no customer care number of Blinkit. Only support email which is attended after a week, that to after multiple reminders. Very serious issue.

O order ice cream from blinkit app under ORD[protected]. I received expired ice cream. I brought this for my kids. I don't how do they manage there inventory. If would have happened if my kids had eaten it. How will be responsible. They have no support on this....

Dear Sir/ Ma’am:
On 10 September 2023, I ordered through BlinkIt app, a Centrum Women multivitamin at home address A 902 Tirupati Aakruti Greenz, Ahmedabad order number ORD[protected] & revised order for exchanging product ORD[protected].
Unfortunately, product is low and poor quality because full of infection and germs and dusty as since she’s not even touched as it has tick layer of dust all around the bottle, it is not in proper condition to deliver to customer and the service wasn’t performed correctly, I was not serviced properly and billed me and not giving my money back, and even even product is expiring soon. Even once I already complained to them and ask they to resolve my query they just bothered to resend again same product by making my fun. It is a supplement medicine and it’s a serious crime to deliver such products to customer for threatening their life. They south mantain the certain standard of quality in food and medicine products.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate a help from your end to resolve this issue as I paid cash so I would like to get my cash back or in my account money I don’t want any voucher which is valid for a month only. Enclosed are copies of my records concerning this purchase and also the video of the products sent by them to me.

I ordered some products today from blinkit and they added Rs, 100 as a tip in by bill during checkout without asking me.
When i complained to customer service they said they can not do anything about it,
Even if you order Rs100 order they are charging 100 as tip apart from night charge delivery charge etc.

Dear team, blinkit people are very fraud and cheater todays i have order some cloth which was done by misatke however when i have conatct with them they assure us that after delivery they will make exchnage and refund it, however i was accpted from my side to keep it but there was size issue and we told that please send me some another size, at the same time blinkit team assured to me that he will first deliver it and then it will happen...

I ordered various consumable food item from Blinkit vide order No.[protected] dtd.10.07.2023. On my complaint they issued the coupon for an amount of Rs.238/- with the validity of 30 days. However while placing next order, the amount did not reflected and I had to make payment without adjusting the refund amount. I made a complaint and again this coupon started reflecting in application. But again, it disappeared and on complaining they are making lame excuses of expiry of validity.
Since the amount relates to short supply of item against fully paid order, it is the right of the consumer and can not be treated as offer/coupon with validity period.

I paid for 1 kg Rice online in Blinkit and they delivered 500 GM product on 23 July 2023. When I asked them to supply 500 GM more . They are refusing .
They took money and not giving the product .

I have purchased detox soap on 14.07.2023 at 08.00 pm . The blinkit supply damed item rotten by rat . I have lodged complain many 03. times but thet assur for backup and change but 24 hours passed they have not pickup and change damaged item . Please resolve and change my item

We ordered the organic wheat atta, coconuts and other items via Blinkit.
They delivered the rotten and stinky coconuts, they send only 1 in place of 2 coconuts.

Later we saw the organic wheat atta which also delivered date bar product, on COMPLANT they send the date expired product again.

The store are stalked with date bar products and delivering them to costumer, they suppose to discard the date bar prodcuts.

Delivery partner at the time of delivery behave rude with me on COD payment and change i contact directly to CC they just cancelled my order and and take any serious action.

Uniball shalaku s mechanical pencil is missing in order ORD[protected], I'm trying to contact thier customer support but that's usless.

I ordered a Liril bodywash from Blinkit Kolkata (Canal Circular Road, Beleghata) and they sent me a used product. The quantity of the body wash was not full when I received the product and the bottle was also unsealed and dirty.
I had raised a complaint with Blinkit but they refused to replace the product and on top of that they put the blame on me that I had used the product.
I want a quick resolution of this issue and I want a refund.

I ordered few groceries thro blinkit app. One product(paneer) which was already expired. But the delivered that to me. Fortunately we daw the date, so we returned that. Anything can happen if we consume the product without seeing the date. The delivery person also said many customers complained about the same. I think blinkit collects all the expiry items from the manufacturers for scrap rate and sell it to customers.

I am bhawna Thakur and my address is south extension part 1 E56 upper ground as mentioned in the app and my location is also very much there I made 2 attempts to order and this app just wasted my time and useless executives have zero knowledge about things, my address is showing somewhere else which is 6 km away and your app is showing it rong that’s not my faut am a sugar patient and I water for my breakfast I order fresh and after making me wait they made me cancel the order coz of some issue in their map and app and I deleted the app I have never hated any app as much as I hate blink it I pray god it shouldn’t work for long coz they made me go thru hell at middle of my work and executive called and didn’t listen to me the only part they learnt in their training is sorry mam sorry sir useless should be banned in India as my blood pressure gone so up coz of the anger and hunger caused me by this app I would take this issue legal and I will file online complaint against this app

I have placed an order for Rs.2146/- on dated 22/03/2023 but order was not placed and amount debited from my account…. And I am following up with blinkit since 22/03/2023 but amount still not credited in my card and they was saying everytime the amount will credited in 5-7 days it’s been a month and amount still not credited in my card…..

A Blinkit delivery boy named Sachin from the Panchsheel Vihar branch (Express Store GK2) in South Delhi for order #ORD[protected] decided to walk inside my apartment uninvited. He proceeded to drop off the items which I had ordered and then started touching my personal clothes which were inside of an opened suitcase. He picked up a bra and held it for me to see while smiling. I had to scream at him at the top of my lungs to "get the ### out!" You need to fire this piece of ###. I made a complaint to Blinkit, consumer court, JustDial and I have given this branch a low score and honest review on Google. This is not enough. I would have spent thousands of dollars at this branch, but I can't bring myself to order from there again. What's next? Should we hide our children as well? What kind of rapists do you have working for you???

Have ordered 6 packets of milk today morning and tried to heat up 2 packets of milk out of 6 and it started curdling. So I have checked the expiry date and on all the packet it has a same expiry date of today's.. it was 2 days old. If the milk would have been kept in a good registration condition then it wouldn't have started curdling upon heating. I have asked numerous time to replace it and that automated bots keep avoiding the problem by offering refund of 34 rs which I do not want. I asked them to replace it but then I kept getting same answers again and again.

I ordered a boat Bluetooth earphone on 12/4 have/2023. It was a prepaid order and the amount was 1360. The delivery location was Fortis Mulund hospital. As the outer brown blinkit package was sealed I have not checked the package infront of delivery person. Once I opened the packet the inner package of boat headset seal was open and the headset was missing from that. Even though I talked to the the customer care executive multiple times on the same day, they haven't provided any solution. I lost the money and did not got the product. I would like to have a solution for the issue
