I wanted to send my mom flowers and I have ordered thought this site, they have not delivered and their number is not reachable. The emails have gone unanswered. If you cannot okay, Mother’s Day is already over.
You can refund the amount back.

This was my order number and i ordered a cake and a pillow for the occasion of mother's day for my mom on 14/may/2023 and delivery time was before 6:00pm on 14/may/2023 but they didn't deliver the items on time and above that they send me a mail on 7:00 pm that we had delivered the order but tiil today(15/may/2023, 10:22am) i have not received my order
Please help to get my full refund

On May 14th 2023 we ordered a Bonzi flower and cake to send to our sister and husband on their anniversary. The site showed same day delivery and we chose the items and paid for it and they send mail saying that order is been processed and would deliver between 12 and 3pm on same day. But I tried to contact them after finding negative reviews about them and then no response mailed then and got mail saying that they doing the processing and status changed to assigned to delivery team and then we kept waiting till their standard time past 9pm no repones as my sister and husband said nothing received yet as we did online from Australia. Tried to contact them on phone and mailed them and then last they send mail at 5:45am 15th May stating a smile is delivered then understood that would be scam so reporting this and complaint raised on their website as well but no use.

I placed an order on this website on 14th May 2023. And did not receive my order on the specific date and time. I want to get my refund from this fraud website. I spent 2200 inr.
They sent me this email when I placed the order.

BV23159750...i ordered a cake as a midnight delivery last night at 11:30 they sent me a text saying that we wontbe able to deliver your order today midnight extra charges will get refunded and made surethat they will delivermy order today btwn 9 am to 12pm but its still not delivered ..i have send emails to them called them 100s of times but no one is responding from thier side, they are not even picking up the call the line is busy since morning ...refund my money

I ordered #BV23157950 on 8th May and the delivery date was the same day. They have not delivered it and the call is not getting connected even after trying for hours.

Please ask them to refund the amount.

I had placed an order with Bloomsvilla, just got an email for delivery, however my order was never delivered.

I had ordered a gift for my friend on 30.04.2023 (BV[protected] they had promised to deliver within 24 hrs..but it's already been 48hrs the gift is not been delivered .The recipient had asked the delivery agent to get the parcel in morning as it was raining and the agent had also agreed to deliver in morning. But not delivered, and customer support is worst they have not responded properly.
We need the product ordered or refund.
Kindly find the screenshot where product is on-hold status .
We need a proper communication by the company.

I ordered some pink roses on 1st May, 2023. I didn’t receive them on the same day so I mailed the company for a refund. They aren’t responsive at all. My order number is BV23156675. Please initiate the refund

I ordered some flowers but they didn’t arrive on the same day. I mailed them for a refund but there is no response from their side at all.

I ordered birthday flowers for my mother a few days ago and 1 day before delivery they say those particular flowers arent available in that 'region' and they'd just delivery roses! My mother hates roses and I am sure there is no compensation for the orchids I ordered in terms of value and love for my mother. I just saw all the reviews of this company and regret using this company. Someone needs to shut down this company with all these 1000 complaints. I asked for a refund and they wont answer.

I ordered flowers that should have reached the destination by 6 pm on 24/4/2023 but its not yet received and customer care is not reachable at all . I placed the order 4 hours before so it reaches the hotel before 8 atleast but no updates from the website or any delivery personal about the order.
