      Order no. BV23159750...i ordered a cake as a midnight delivery last night at 11:30 they sent me a text saying that we wontbe able to deliver your order today midnight extra charges will get refunded and made surethat they will delivermy order today btwn 9 am to 12pm but its still not delivered ..i have send emails to them called them 100s of times but no one is responding from thier side, they are not even picking up the call the line is busy since morning ...refund my money

        I ordered #BV23157950 on 8th May and the delivery date was the same day. They have not delivered it and the call is not getting connected even after trying for hours.

        Please ask them to refund the amount.

          I had placed an order with Bloomsvilla, just got an email for delivery, however my order was never delivered.
          I have tried to contact them numerous times but the customer contact number was never received.
          I really demand my refund of Rs.1950/-

            Hello sir/mam
            I had ordered a gift for my friend on 30.04.2023 (BV[protected] they had promised to deliver within 24 hrs..but it's already been 48hrs the gift is not been delivered .The recipient had asked the delivery agent to get the parcel in morning as it was raining and the agent had also agreed to deliver in morning. But not delivered, and customer support is worst they have not responded properly.
            We need the product ordered or refund.
            Kindly find the screenshot where product is on-hold status .
            We need a proper communication by the company.
            Don't play with the customer money which ur company never be successful

                  I ordered birthday flowers for my mother a few days ago and 1 day before delivery they say those particular flowers arent available in that 'region' and they'd just delivery roses! My mother hates roses and I am sure there is no compensation for the orchids I ordered in terms of value and love for my mother. I just saw all the reviews of this company and regret using this company. Someone needs to shut down this company with all these 1000 complaints. I asked for a refund and they wont answer.

                    I ordered flowers that should have reached the destination by 6 pm on 24/4/2023 but its not yet received and customer care is not reachable at all . I placed the order 4 hours before so it reaches the hotel before 8 atleast but no updates from the website or any delivery personal about the order.

                        I have mailed them, regarding my order this my order no. ORDER BV23154097 i have order a birthday cake to deliver it on April 22 morning hours, after seeing all the reviews i am afraid that I will disappoint my special one.i can't track my order.

                        I called many times and mailed them no response

                        If they disappoint all the customer like this, they are not rescpecting customer time and feelings

                              Incident: When i didn't received the order, i started complaining on their chat, as no body answers their customer care number, which is shared on their website [protected]. After my numerous failed attempt to raise a complaint on their site the next day I received a mail from them stating "order delivered". Since then I have been trying to reach them, but they dont bother answering. Its completely a fraud company, they are just looting people and playing with emotions.

                                I had ordered a fruit basket and I have received old or rotten fruits; I don't see a option to attach pictures or videos. Let me know, how can I attach pictures or video.

                                Apples were of low quality and some had rotten, which I think you can see from the images provided. Grapes had left water and bananas as you said was black.

                                The basket which I had selected from the web site was not the same, not sure if you are providing something else verses shown on web site. This is not at all acceptable.

                                70% of the fruits were gone and the delivery person did not take proper handling the fruit basket. I would suggest watching the videos and pictures which I had sent, which we will give you a proper picture of what I am stating.

                                  Only one item is delivered which is received damaged. Another item is not recieved yet.

                                  Why this item is not delivered on time.

                                  I want total refund of the items as soon as possible to my orignal payment.

                                    Order number bv23147090 not delivered till date. It was placed in goa on 2nd march where i went for just 3 days with a group of slum dwelling children. One of them had birthday on 2nd march. Order was acknowledged and confirmed but never delivered. And no response after that. I am back to my home in gurgaon.
