Sir/ madam,
I have received wrong product. I want my money back. My awb no id #[protected]. I have ordered from blush kart. Now i dont have any number to contact. Please help me in getting my money back. I have paid cash rs.1499 to e-com express courier, now e-com courier is also not providing me the number of the same. They are telling that they dont have number it is not possible because they are going to pay the rs.1499 to the person. Please do take some action against this. There are many consumer like me.

The product delivered by this company is totally y damaged and is not of good quality they are also not reverting to my mails for refund or are not call back
The company even doesn't provide any costumer care no or is not likely to refund my money. The quality of the product is also totally dumbed and the minute and second reminders are also broken they charged 1000 rupees for the product this type of company must be sealed..

I have ordered fastrack watch on 18/08/2018 the cost for the watch is rs/- 747, on saturday i have received the product after checking the product it's completely duplicate watch and even it is not worth for 100 rs also.

I ordered a watch through shoposum.com on 9th aug, 2018. i received the product on 20 aug, 2018, when i opened the package, it was found defective and so i tried to reach the website for refund, but all to no avail, they haven't reply to my complaint and the website contact was also of no avail as it shows error. please help me. as a student, a thousand rupees spend to a product of no use to me is a huge loss to me,

I had ordered fastrack watches last week and got delivery on friday. When I opened the box I found that watches are not branded and damaged too so want to return those. The quality of product is too cheap. Both watches have scratches as well. Those are looking like duplicate and cheaper. Please refund my amount. My order number is [protected]. मेने फ़ास्ट ट्रैक की गड़ी shoposum सेआर्डर की थी जिसका आर्डर नंबर so-677388 है। इस गड़ी की कीमत 747 रुपए थी लेकिन जब मैने इसे खोल के देखा तो 100 रुपए की भी नही थी। कलर उतरा हुआ था, पट्टा खराब था ओर इनकी कोई रेतुर्न पालिसी भी नही है बोलते है mail कर दो जसकत जव्वाब कभी आएगा ही नही, नंबर दे नही रखे है ।
मेरी सभी से गुज़ारिश है मेरे तो 750 रुपए खराब हो गए पर आप अपने रुपए ओर कीमती समय ये फ़र्ज़ी वेबसाइट पर खराब ना करे कक्यूंकि यहां जितने भी प्रोडक्ट्स है सब के सब नकली ओर चोर मार्केट से लाये हुए है।

Sir, I was purchase the fast track watch, that is not packed in proper box, it is in loose packing, an then product also some area damage found.

I am helpless, if can u replace the watch or cash back

Sir, i am pratyush p. Nayak have got a sale advertisement on my account of fastrack watches, so i was interested because it was shown in original in the advertisement and the offer was like buy 1 and get 1 free, i have made the order on 28th of july and they gave me the product but bluedart courier on 1st of august and it was a cash on delivery process. The order number is #so-65840, awb-[protected]. When i opened the product it was totally a faulty product and not in that brand so i wanted to contact them for the reverse pickup and return of money and when i go through the site i hardly got any contact details rather i got a mail [protected]@shoposum.com and mail them, there is no reply yet. I have made at least 5-6 mails but there is no respond from them again i have contacted the courier bluedart but they told they don't have any information. I need a immediate reverse pickup and return of money to my bank account. I as a citizen of india and as a student want justice from this forum.
