Showing as delivered but i have not received the consignment till now...

The delivery was suppoed to be made on 25th July for shipment #[protected] from One plus. However i didn't receive the parcel yet the order status shows it has been delivered. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest or give me a refund for the same....

Sir I would like to make acomplaint that the delivery boy delivering my MI 32 inch TV. After delivery asked for cash payment.when asked that where is your swipe mascine his reply was that he doesn't have it, and insisted on cash payment. I was sent my debit card by icici bank through your bluedart career, then my delivery person did not deliver my parcel in my area even after i was asked to come to the office and i refused to come then the parcel returns. There was talk of doing something. And his way of speaking was also not good. Please improve your delivery person.

I haven't received the bluedart courier yet and it shows the status as prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery.

I was not contacted through sms or email. Can this issue be resolved immediately...

This was my message from bluedart saying your order from oneplus order is dispatched through blue dart awb# [protected] will be delivered by 20-jul-20 but somehow it' saying on online tracking consignee's address incomplete/incorrect and representative didn't call me on number which i have given and i paid for that parcel. I[censored] can send it to my new address then it's easy for me to collect my address is 967/1...

When i check my track status
That tym show delay caused beyond control why show this status...
