I had send courier from Tinsukia (Assam) to Kottayam (Kerala) on 16.09.2020, its consignment number is [protected], its my house hold item's TV, stove, table fan, etc, I received my courier on 29.09.20 but my TV is damaged due to irresponsibility of courier service, I had already give them the declaration about item's I'm sending still they don't care about it

        This is in the reference of my courior no-[protected]
        Which has to be delivered at my office address but unfortunately i was not in the office because we are working from home and coming only two days in a office. So i told to to the runner to deliver to our security guard and when i "ll come to office i collect the same. Without listing complete he disconnected the call and left from the office. And even customer is not responding in polite manner...

        Kindly look into this urgently as i need that courior on urgent basis.

        The executuve has called on phone and said that he arrived at the address and nobody was there where as in actual he did'nt come there and then the call made was from my side that still waiting for collection of my pacakge.

          I received two separate messages one from amazon and second from blue dart. Amazon delivery was received but I still expected a bluedart courier to arrive. There was no quick way to enquire from bluedart, such as the delivery agent's phone number. This led to lodging of a complaint from my side. I got the clarification from bluedart now that Amazon was delivering an item through bluedart, and that both messages were for delivery of the same item. Hence complaint is resolved

                Jadavpur service centre prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery 23rd september, 2020. (Time - 20:30).

                I haven't received the blue dart courier yet and it shows the status as prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery.

                I was not contacted through sms or email. Can this issue be resolved immediately.

                    I have ordered one smartphone and today 21 sept 2020 is out for delivering and after 15 min i get message that is order cancelled by you. How is it possible if he didn't call me and not even come my address for delivery it's shame for blue dart company your service is very shameless i am never use your service again in my life and also unrecommende to others

                      This is Suman Kumar owner of futurator India company. some of my company document has gone my home address Raxaul. As I am out of town I told him please go and give it to my home.

                      Then my father called him and he is taking ruthlessly with him and now he is telling you people have to come to shop otherwise I will return the document and he abused me.

                        HI this is Rajib Dasgupta, i was expecting a delivery from bluedart on 17th sep 2020, and the delivery exective camed at 5pm in the evening and as my mom a cancer patient she opened the door little late, but the executive had done a rude behavior with my mom and even cancelled the delivery, and that is my bank documents which were very essential for me . So I donot know why blue dart being a reputated company hire these types of employees and even donot take any steps against these types of employee . It is a loss for me .                           I had a delivery from bluedart and it was about to get delivered today that is 17/09, 2020. It was 4:30pm when the executive camed to deliver the assignment, but unfortunely my old mother was sleeping and she cannot hear the ring of the bell, so the executive has told many unwanted and abusive words to her and rejected the delivery. It was a important thing of my bank that was getting delivered. I am too much upset that bluedart being a reputated company is hiring such people who doesn't respect people.                             The parcel was supposed to delivered on 16-sept-2020. Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

                            Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the blue dart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

                            Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There is not direct contact number provided for the held location nor the address and the generic helpline is non-responsive.

                              On 11th sept i got an order from bluedart shipment#[protected] today.
                              I paid twice by razorpay as your person kept saying he dint get any money.
                              After dat i paid with paytm he was ok with dat.
                              I kept following up saying i got debited twice.
                              He said ur money will be reversed in 5 days.
                              I dint get money debited from my account twice to razorpay.
                              Can u pls help me out?

                                I wanted to seek your help in the following issue.

                                I transferred my computer monitor from bangalore to kolkata through bluedart. I received the damaged item on 22nd august, 2020 in kolkata. You can find the attached snapshot of the damaged monitor. Accordingly i informed the bluedart team with the details about it. But since 22nd august, almost everyday, i am sending mails to the bluedart to get the insurance amount for the damaged item. But everytime, i am getting a reply with a message that "investigation is going on. Will update you with a positive outcome". As i did not get any "positive outcome" yet, hence wanted to understand if this is the way bluedart works, or i made a wrong decision by choosing bluedart to transfer my belongings. I should say this is my worst experience with bluedart and if this continues, then i will never be opting for bluedart again.

                                  The blue dart service looks like very poor, with out reaching and with out contacting customer they are updating status like "c'nee shifted from the given address".

                                  You guys at least come to location and give a call, so that i can come and collect.

                                  Regarding the same i sent out an email to "[protected]@bluedart.com", but no use, no update from them.

                                  Bank is charging more than 100 rupees for delivery charges, why don't you give transparent service, at least you should provide courier/delivery person number and name, so that at least we will do followup with them.

                                  Call center number[protected] also for name sake only... Not all responding.

                                  If this is the case we never use blue dart going forward.

                                    This is highly frustrating to see that bluedart first delayed the delivery and then after 2 day delay when the delivery guy took it out for delivery, without even coming to my place, mentioned my place to be – “prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery”.
                                    First of all my area is not a quarantined zone, second your delivery guy did not even try to contact me on my phone, so he call tell me the issue.

                                    Hi,
                                    I purchased a product from mi.com on 08-sep-2020.
                                    The product is not delivered yet saying incorrect t pin.
                                    Since 11-sep-2020, i am in continuous follow-up with blue dart, but problem is not solved.
                                    The blue dart staff is playing same story incorrect pin code is entered at shipment (Not by me or from mi.com) and we will correct and deliver.
                                    Since last friday (11-sep-2020), there is no change in status of shipment. The shipment is in gandhinagar, gujarat.
                                    I am done with blue dart. “i am looking for my options to handle blue dart”.

                                      My parcel is with you having AWB no. [protected]. It was supposed to be delivered today 13th September 2020. Your delivery person came but didn't deliver it showing restricted entry but I checked with security guard and waiting constantly. I have flight on 14th September 2020 and I need my parcel urgently.
