Dear sir the courier boy has not deliver courier in my home, i didn't get any call from delivery boy.     I didn't receive the product with waybill no. [protected], none call me for delivery attempt also. But still it's showing delivered. Please help me get my product.

      Was supposed to get delivered by 10 Aug 20
      Still showing the same status as Shipment further connected since 14 Aug. Called up the helpline for multiple times and everytime was informed that it would get delivered in a day or two. Want the parcel to be delivered by any means max by this weekend.
      Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I not only want the customer support team to be just notified for I have been hearing that for the last 15 days. Rather I want to be assured to get my shipment delivered maximum by friday. Have already been tolerant enough with them. But you guys are seriously testing my patience now.
      I repeat, I want the shipment to be delivered maximum by friday and not even an hour above that. Else I promise to give up using the services of Bluedart.

        status: delay caused beyond control

        It's in the destination city for 4 days now and they haven't really attempted to deliver until today 3:30 pm and now the status is changed to Delay Caused Beyond Control....

        My deliver was due today, No one contacted me and they have written no such consignee at given address.
        Even i was present at my location, didn’t receive any call from delivery person.

          This is a credit card which is couriered by citi bank and correct and complete address is given by bank your team is not able delivered. They updated that incomplete address but they didn't try to call me or reach me.

                Consignment not picked up as per the provided schedule

                I want to know the status of the shipment no mentioned in the subject line. The status (19/08/2020 evening) is showing incorrect/incomplete consignee address.in the morning 19/08/2020 it was showing out for delivery.                     I order cardiac medicine in the netmeds on 15 th august, they gave me expected date on 18 the august but till now my order is in the calcutta hub. My order id is [protected].                       Both of the packages arrived at the Agartala hub at 7th August. I got a message in 8th August morning saying that the package (waybill no.                       I had purchased a mobile from oneplus authorised website
                      Order #m[protected]Placed on[protected]:16:03)
                      It was to be delivered by the bluedart courier on 14th august.
                      Then they informed that it will be delivered on 17th august 2020.
                      Bluedart courier - "[protected]"

                      On 17th morning i received the call that parcel is out for delivery.
                      On same day i was informed that parcel is misplaced and talk to the company.

                      How courier company can be so mismanaged. I want a strict action on it.

                        The parcel was supposed to delivered on 18/7/2020 Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

                        Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the bluedart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

                        Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There is not direct contact number provided for the held location nor the address and the generic helpline is non-responsive.

                          I have been contacted once that I will be receive my ajio parcel by bluedart. Then once I have been contacted by bluedart that my parcel is arriving early and now it already is about to exceed the usual delivery deadline, but theirs no update from their side. I have been contacting them about the same and they inform me that delivery will be doneby next day but then it never happened.
