I am using BLEHI-SPEED internet connection by monthly basis. they are disconnecting the internet exactly after 30 days at 12.00 am. I did not get the internet because of the technical problem by their side. they are not giving any extra time compensation . they are collecting monthly bill including 14.5 service tax. which they are not showing in the bill invoice copy.

This operator is really harassing by not attending the calls and irresponsible response on phone. We complained for almost 21 days and no response as yet. The Manager with Phone no.[protected] was talking as if he is doing a favour to us.

I raised a complaint with customer care long back and still the issue is pending. Who will bear the loss ??
