Blue Hi-Speed Internet Service Complaints & Reviews

I have taken 6 months plan with 3 MBPS speed up to 30GB then, 1MBPS unlimited.. It was working OK for 2 months.. Then speed started reducing..Whenever there is problem they do not attend to calls..No complete shut down.. But the speed is around 0.5MBPS. It is frustrating.. Even before 30GB is reached.. No speed at all.. No one attends the phones to take the complaints.. The customer support no. is coming invalid.. The technician does not...

I am using BLEHI-SPEED internet connection by monthly basis. they are disconnecting the internet exactly after 30 days at 12.00 am. I did not get the internet because of the technical problem by their side. they are not giving any extra time compensation . they are collecting monthly bill including 14.5 service tax. which they are not showing in the bill invoice copy....
