Blue Moon E Service — Took the money 22700, no offer letter after comlationation 45 day

Before 2months I Got a call from a consultancy related to job. They told my resume had been seleted for Wipro. So for conducting interview I have to pay 2500rs which will be refundable. When I paid the amount. they told that they are conducting telephonic interview. After the interview after 2 days a call came saying that I got placed in the Wipro. And for the training period I have to pay 8500rs which also be refundable. When I paid this money too, the very next day once again call came to pay 10, 700 for the opening of the bank account and document verification, i have pay 10700 ..i have pay total 22700 Rs but no offer letter after complation 45 day, everyday postpand date for offer letter, . so kindly take action against it.
