My experience with Blue Mountain is nothing but a bunch of people who cheat customer with false promises and stop responding properly once money is in their account. Two representatives, Shanu & Kadir, at Gandhinagar event promised to deliver fully paid package to Bhubaneshwar and Puri of we go for their 5 years plan. However, when email sent to their reservation department, they said that they don't have any hotel tie-up in Bhubaneshwar. Also reservation mentioned to contact their sales team which is not responding as well as there is no response of any kind upon raising this issue to Blue Mountain reservation team as well as customer care email. After multiple follow ups and emails, it seems that company is already aware of cheating done by their sales team and by not responding it seems they support such malpractices and unethical activities. I am gonna initiate the formal complaints in consumer forum, if anyone has similar experience please let me know so the details can be added. Also someone called me on 19th Sept confirming that they don't have tie-up in Bhubaneswar and this is commentary trip which can avail only off season, which was not mentioned by above two people before they took money. Just another example of their way of cheating. It was also said that money is non refundable which is true only if the contract is based on true and correct information. Here, money was looted by making false promises of trip and misleading us on hotel tie-up. This cannot be valid contract. Was this information helpful? |
