This is a fraud company, they are just behind your money. this company promised me 3 years membership at Rs. 51, 000/- at 36 months ZERO COST EMI, for overall 21 days of Holidays, which I can borrow from next 2 years and use it at once too, and can gift it to my friend in order to enjoy in group. While at the time of swiping my credit card they did not opted for EMI and intentionally swap my full payment. And, salesperson next day informed us that bank has declined my EMI, same thing is confirmed by the company its official email. whereas, he just did not opted for EMI option while swiping, which was clearly clarified to us by bank, while asking for invoice, transaction IDs, order ID and or online slip, company said they cant provide me any such document... hence, this is a fraud company, just behind your money, now I am going to take legal action against this company, who else is been cheated by this Merchant can contact me on [protected].
