I have taken membership when sales team came at rajkot in hotel rpj, kalawad road, big commitment given to me also explain that no extra charges chared to you instead of this too many extra charges debited in my card and also now no response from sale team and company also forced to accept terms and condition i demand for membership refund but they denied.

I was invited to one of the events in Rajkot where Blue mountain sales executives approached us for a 3 year membership but we were not very keen on it.. they forced us by offering us a trip to along with a lifetime membership…they came at my house for payment… from next day i received a verification call and I denied to verify the services as I was not getting the services I was committed by the sales team… I have been asking for a refund but there is no proper response from these fraudsters

I was invited to one of the events in Jamnagar where Blue mountain sales executives approached us for a 10 year membership but we were not very keen on it.. they forced us by offering us a 3N/4D trip to Singapore along with a 10 year membership… I told them to wait for a day but they forced with their offers and came at my house at 1 am for payment… they committed that the payment will be done through emi on my credit card but to my utter shock, they paid the entire amount without emi and even without informing me… next day I received a verification call and I denied to verify the services as I was not getting the services I was committed by the sales team… I have been asking for a refund but there is no proper response from these fraudsters

I bought member by sales team, they told me that I can book any hotel in India within a range of ₹10000 per night. Any Resort or Hotel!! Now at the time of booking they are saying that - they will book hotels which are available in their list. They told me maintenance charges will be waived off still they are charging me for maintenance. When I complained about the sales team wrong commitments they say that sales team is no longer working with us and we can't do anything in thier commitments. Who should I enquire? What should I do?

We took the 10year membership from this company..now we want to utilise a our membership for the first time in our bali trip..firstly we want to go there in July...but company didn't gave us the proper response so due to increase in flight rates we dalayed it to September...at the time of taking membership company told us that they will provide hotels and sightseeing just only we have to pay is the fuel charge...now for taking trip availability they are not providing sight seeing, not even a hotels after wasting 3 months and now they are not providing booking by saying that hotels are not available ...the hotels they are providing is available on make my trip and they refusing to give us the booking...kindly do needful

Myself yogesh joshi and bought membership ... This is a fake company. Their sales representative promised us many things like stay in 4 and 5 star hotels across India and will get benefits like Free Breakfast, Free Sightseeing, Cab services with Driver, Events and Activities for Children, Event Passes but when we asked for booking they said we can only give booking at 2 and 3 star hotels at limited locations.. And for other things, they said Sales representative has left the job and he has given false promises.
This company has played with emotions and now they are not agreeing to refund our membership amount.
Please don't take membership, its a TRAP.

My self Ajit Solanki-I received a call many times from Blue Mountain Resort for Dinner invitation & presentation of his holiday membership, finally on 11th June at Ahmedabad I went there & paid Rs 42000.

Next day they are asking for further amount which I have to pay (18000), Still my membership not generated & as per the executives words I didn't have to pay anything over and above 42000/-.

This three guys do fraud with me with all false commitments and after 30 day's Still they are not refunding my money.

In addition they took money with my CC with 24 EMI with this words there is no EMI charges but I have to pay heavy Interest & other charges.

I get a call from company to come and take dinner with family on 7th June, 2023 at Pride plaza hotel, Ahmedabad. I go there, I meet Miss Kesha and Mr. Saurabh they convince therer plan for Rs. 150000- for 10 years membership. They did not ask me about ASF (AMC) Rs. 8999- per year for 10 years. They said if I pay with my Kotak bank credit card them there is no cost EMI i.e. I have to pay 150000/36 Rs. 4167- for 36 months. Now I get my credit card statement, I saw there 18% interest, GST on interest and Rs. 600- loan file charge, now I have to pay total Rs. 202000- in EMI for Rs 150000- I made complain on company customer support on 22nd June and today I get reply that wo do nothing for you as both sales person had left job.
Please help me to get refund my amount.

TOTALY FRAUD COMPANY
they first called me for free dinner in HOTEL SEROVAR PORTICO INDORE M.P.
The sales person named BHAVIK VADGAME([protected] ) made many false promises to me and took money from me now his phone number is switched off, customer care people are not helping me . they are not giving me any membership id, when i am asking for my money refund they refuse to refund the money also .
I am lodging a police FIR against this fraud company in INDORE

Bluemount is totally a fraud & fake company, sales person not responding from day 1, another person taking call from unknown number, after all wrong commitment, I haven't spent a single day in there resort, taken membership on 4.3.2023 but no any response received yet, finally going to take legal action against the company & wrong commitment, with all recording & evidence.

On 26th March 2023, they called my parents for a budget-friendly family plan to a hotel in Ahmedabad where we live. They told us that they have properties of their own and are also tied up with 4 starts and 5 stars globally. They will make a customized package for us. My parents paid Rs. 30, 000 through Paytm UPI and since that day, they are not picking up the call. The office in Ahmedabad is closed but they said there are employees who sit there which is not true. Also, the head office in Surat is not helping us. They promise us a callback, for sending the package through email, but nothing happens. I am highly concerned about this and I think we got scammed by them. Please help me and others to not fall into this kind of trap.

This is a non-refundable fee that I have paid and according to the last call we made to them, they said they do not start the procedure before 45 days of registration. On the internet, I found one person who fell for the same trap from Blue Mountains in 2022. He was behind them for 8 months before he gave up.
